The results of three cladistic methods showed: the consanguinities of different genera in a same tribe were closer, such as Chalcis and Conura, Trigonurella, Megalocolus and Trigonura; the consanguinities of genera between different tribes were farther, such as Chalcis and Brachymeria, Dirhinus and Hallichella; Chalcis, Conura, Brachymeria and Epitranus were the most primitive relatively, Tainaniella and Oxycoryphe were the most evolutional, the consanguinities were the farthest between the former and the latter; the genera with the closest consanguinities were: Tainaniella and Oxycoryphe, Proconura and Nipponochalcidia, Chalcis and Conura, Megalocolus and Trigonura, they were regarded as 4 pairs of sister groups.

Methods 26 patients with gastrocnemius spasticity after stroke were randomly divided into ultrasonic group and control group. The stretch therapy was used in the two groups, and the continuous ultrasonic wave therapy was added on ultrasonic group for 4 weeks. The scores of modefied Ashworth scale, the ratio of Hmax and Mmax, and the fascicle length of gastrocnemius pre and post treatment were observed and compared respectively in the two groups.

objective to study the clinical features and law of injuries in sichuan earthquake-stricken area.methods register details of the patients,count and analyses the external factors and clinical features of injuries with the international classification of diseases-10(icd-10).results the main external factors of injuries were "hit by object" and "squeezed by object".the first 5 categories of the injuries were tibiofibula fracture(158 cases,13.37％),pelvis fracture(122 cases,10.32％),vertebral column fracture(120 cases,9.98％),femoral fracture(109 cases,9.22％),and forearm fracture/ disjointure(106 cases,8.97％).conclusion it's important to study the clinical features and injuries in earthquake-stricken area,for unseeing and distributing medical resource rationally.

目的 研究四川汶川地震所致伤员的伤情特点和规律。方法对我院收治患者进行登记，采用国际疾病分类方法(icd-10)统计、分析其损伤的外部因素、疾病分类及构成情况。结果本组患者主要损伤外部原因为被物体击中和被物体挤压。疾病构成前5位为：胫腓骨骨折158 例(13.37％)，骨盆骨折122 例(10.32％)，脊柱骨折120 例(10.15％)，股骨骨折109 例(9.22％)，前臂骨折/脱位106 例(8.97％)。结论深入研究地震所致伤员的伤情特点，对合理使用、调配医疗资源，更好地为灾民提供医疗服务有重要的指导意义。
