Methods 39 example tibiofibula fracture, the above method used.results patient fracture coalescence is fine , the ankle joint stability is fine, the lower limbs function restores fine.

本组39例胫腓骨中下段骨折，通过切开复位带锁髓内钉和腓骨钢板或斯氏针固定治疗。

Methods:Left tibiofibula open fracture bone flawed or damaged to amalgamate shin bone, amalgamate with side calf of the leg patient that artery damage at the same time,make the fibula with the base of a fruit of blood vessel of vein of calf of the leg to transplant,treat the shin bone bone flawed or damagedly.

目的：探讨带静脉血管蒂的腓骨移植治疗胫骨骨缺损的可行性方法：左胫腓骨开放性骨折合并胫骨骨缺损，同时合并同侧腓动脉损伤的病人，做带腓静脉血管蒂的腓骨移植，治疗胫骨骨缺损。

ConclusionThe efficacy of open fracture in middle and distal segment of tibiofibula from excellent to bad is support outside the fixation which is the first choice, internal fixes of steel plate bolt, calcaneus tows coordinating splint or "U" outside the gypsum fixing, while internal fixation of interlocking bone nail is the relative ontraindication.

胫腓骨中下段开放性骨折的治疗以支架外固定法为首选，钢板螺钉内固定为次，而跟骨牵引配合夹板或"U"型石膏外固定又次之，交锁髓内钉内固定则为相对禁忌。
