RESULTS: ADMSCs at passage 3 were positive for CD13, CD59 and CD44, but negative for CD34 and HLA-DR. Chromosomal morphous, structure and number were normal, showing diplont structure. Under the microscope, there were complete Golgi complex, plenty of rough endoplasmic reticulum, and some glycogen granules in cytoplasm.

结果：第3代脂肪间充质干细胞CD13，CD44，CD59均呈阳性表达，而造血干细胞表面标志CD34及成纤维细胞表面标志HLA-DR均呈阴性表达；染色体的形态、结构和数目均未见异常，呈二倍体结构；镜下可见完整的高尔基复合体，数量较多的粗面内质网，部分糖元颗粒分布在胞浆中。

The N protein concentration in the supernatants of virus-infected cells were reduced at different levels in all ER and cytoplasma localized intracellular antibody expressing cell lines, however, the intracellular N protein synthesis in above cell lines was not significantly affected.

利用病毒微量滴定免疫荧光方法，对细胞内抗体与病毒的增殖关系进行了研究，证实无论在内质网还是在胞质，抗核蛋白细胞内抗体都能够抑制病毒的增殖，具有抗病毒活性。

透射电镜下可看到所收集细胞中颗粒细胞达80％～85％，其特征性的超微结构：胞质内出现管状嵴线粒体，滑面内质网丰富，出现电子密度较高的类脂滴。

However, part of STxB had showed characteristics of the endoplasmic reticulum staining, suggesting weaker binding strength had influenced the transport rate from early endosome/recyling endosome to the Golgi apparatus.

但是部分STxB已呈现内质网定位特征，暗示着与受体结合能力的减弱影响了从早期胞内体/循环胞内体到高尔基体的运输速度。

The main target of PDT-CPD4 was probably membrance organelles, such as cytomembrance、lysosome、microsome. It made lipide and protein of these membrance dissociate and degenerate, membrance penetration increased. Typical biochemical changes appeared, 180bp bases DNA fragmentation ladder pattern was observed in agar electrophoresis.

但PDT作用后出现线粒体肿胀，可能是因为PDT的主要靶部位是膜性细胞器如线粒体、胞质膜、内质网和溶酶体等，光化学反应产物使这些膜的脂类和蛋白质发生分解变性，膜通透性增高所致。

These abnormal changes mainly occurred at two stages:(1) at meiotic prophase, almost half of Peiai 64S microsporocytes exhibited aberration, with sparse free ribosomes, underdeveloped mitochondria and many swollen endoplasmic reticula.

这些变化主要发生在两个阶段：（1）减数分裂前期，约半数的小孢子母细胞的胞质出现异常，游离核糖体稀少，并具有不发育线粒体和大量泡状内质网。

The major changes include sparse and short and loose microvilli of endodermal epithelium cells, a reduction in apical microvesicles and subapical storage vacuoles, swilling of the mitochondria and a reduction or disappear in its cristea, a decrease in rough endoplasmic reticulum, abnormation in pattern and structure of nucleus, an increased vacuolation in cells, an extend in the interval of adjacent cells.

电镜观察发现，剂量在50g/mL以上时，YS上皮细胞微绒毛稀疏变短，胞质中贮液泡减少，线粒体、内质网等内膜系统发生多种细胞病理学改变，细胞间隙增宽，连接复合体破坏。

Firstly, the acute cytotoxicity of profenofos on FG-9307 cells was studied, it was found that the cell growth rate was markedly reduced by profenofos at all the concentrations tested; and that the fine structures of the cells were also altered by profenofos, as evidenced by dilation of nuclear membranes and mitochondria cristae, and presence of enlarged lysosomes with engulfed organelles and numerous vacuoles in the cytoplasm.

丙溴磷对FG-9307的急性细胞毒性研究结果发现：1）在所有实验浓度下，细胞的生长速度均受到抑制。2）细胞的超微结构被丙溴磷所改变，最明显的特征则是线粒体损伤严重，嵴肿胀，部分溶解破裂；核膜肿胀，有溶解；细胞内的电子密度高的溶酶体增多；内质网的膜溶解，核糖体从粗面内质网上脱落下来，游离于胞质中。
