RESULTS: The transmission electron microscope showed that the retinal photorecepter cells, the retinal pigment epithelium and the retina inner and outer barriers were damaged in the tPVR group. In the tPVR treated with GM 6001 group, the membranous discs of the outer segment of the retinal photorecepter cells were still clear. There were plenty of chondriosome, pinocytosis bullules and smooth endoplasmic reticulum in the cytoplasm. The cell junction was regular.

结果：透射电镜示tPVR组大鼠视网膜光感受器细胞和RPE、视网膜内外屏障受损，而外伤后应用GM 6001组视网膜光感受器细胞外节膜盘结构尚清晰，RPE基底部质膜内褶较tPVR组多，胞质中含大量线粒体、吞饮小泡和滑面内质网，细胞连接规则。

Results: electronic microscope showed that in prednisone group heterochromatin increased in some cells, entoblast was not obvious in some cells, fat drops were small and few, mitochondria vacuole were common, and myelin figure was found in smooth endoplamic reticulum. the ultrastructure in yc group was almost normal and megamitochondrion formation was common. a large amount of fat drops were found in cytoplasm in gw group and little improvement was found compared with that in prednisone group.

结果： 电镜结果显示：激素组个别细胞异染色质增多，核仁不明显，脂滴显著变小变少，线粒体空泡化常见，有滑面内质网髓鞘样结构形成；养阴组电镜结构基本正常，其特征是细胞内有较多的巨大线粒体形成；桂附组较激素组改善不明显，其特征是胞质内可见大量脂滴。

Several masses of condensed chromatin without nuclear membrane were observed in some treated K562 cells,while chromatin of some other cells tended to marginate in crescents around the nuclear envelope with compacting cytoplasm,normal or slightly expanded endoplasmic reticulum,which presented typical morphology of apoptosis.

Results Microscopically, different degrees of hepatocytic degenerative changes and hyperplasic fibrous tissue and typical false lobule formation could be seen. Timm's staining result showed uneven distributed black granular deposits in the hepatocytes. No specific PAS staining was observed. Utrastructurally, the mitochondria were increased in volume and dramatically different in shape. The number of lysomes were increased.

结果 光镜下肝细胞表现为不同程度的退行性变，胶原纤维增生以及典型假小叶形成；Timm's染色阳性，发现不均匀分布黑色颗粒或团块样物质沉积；PAS染色则普遍缺乏特异性染色；超微结构显示线粒体形态多样，体积增大，溶酶体增多，粗面内质网管腔扩张，附着核糖体的脱颗粒，以及胞质水肿，质膜溶解。

Multivesicular bodies appeared in fiber cytoplasm. With the further development of fiber, fiber wall underwent continual thickening with aging, and polylaminate structure gradually appeared.
