The anatomical study deepens the knowledge of G-type conducting cells: 1 It proves the theory of two depositional process for secondary wall (Bierhorst, 1960): the discontinuous cellulose layer is laid down before the continuous lignified layer; the former layer is prone to be broken down, while the latter is highly decay-resistant; 2 It suggests that the cellulose primary and secondary walls of tracheids are not perforated. Instead of longitudinal pits (Li, 1992), the lignified tracheid secondary wall of Hsüa possesses irregular simple perforations; 3 In Hsüa reflexa and Huia gracilis, the perforation casts may represent the thickness of lignified secondary wall; 4 The wall structure of G-type tracheid is diversified. At the genus level, the secondary wall structure differs in the distribution, internal shape and structure of the perforations; 5 Perforations of some G-type tracheids combine the characters of S-type tracheids in their distribution, density and diameter.

解剖学的研究加深了对G-型输水管胞的认识 1）验证了管胞次生壁分两个阶段形成的理论（Bierhorst，1960），即先后形成不连续的纤维质层和连续的木质化层，前者易被分解，后者抗侵蚀性强；2）证明管胞纤维质的初生壁和次生壁不具穿孔，Hsüa管胞的木质化次生壁具有不规则的简单穿孔，而不是纵列的纹孔（Li，1992）；3）Hsüa reflexa和Huia gracilis的穿孔铸体可代表木质化次生壁的厚度；4）G-型管胞壁层结构具多样性，植物属一级的分异主要表现在次生壁穿孔的分布、孔腔形状和结构的不同；5）某些G-型管胞的穿孔在其分布、密度和孔径方面可兼有S-型管胞的特征。

Results 1、The CD11b-positive microglia were dyed low brown with small bacilliform cell bodies,ramified morphology,thin and long protuberance in CON and NIC group;In LPS group,the CD11b-positive microglia were dyed chocolate brown with more big roundish cell bodies,thicker and shorter processes;Most CD11b-positive microglia were dyed brown with bacilliform cell bodies,ramified morphology and few cells were dyed deep brown with more big roundish cell bodies,thicker and shorter protuberance in NIC+LPS group.

结果 1、CON组与NIC组CD11b阳性小胶质细胞胞体小，呈杆状，突起细长，染成浅棕色：LPS组小鼠脑内CD11b阳性小胶质细胞胞体增大，呈圆形，突起粗而短，染成棕褐色；NIC+LPS组少量CD11b阳性小胶质细胞胞体增大，圆形，突起变粗变短，染成深棕色，多数呈杆状，突起少、细长，染成浅棕色。

结果表明∶（1）在非繁殖季节，大熊猫卵巢中小腔及大腔卵泡卵母细胞仍较丰富，其大腔卵泡卵母细胞可在体外培养成熟；（2）大熊猫的卵母细胞平均直径为（141±6.7）μm ，其胞质富含卵黄颗粒；（3）自配 PandaI I号获能液（含丙酮酸钠、肾上腺素等）可使大熊猫精子有效获能；（4）大熊猫卵母细胞体外受精后，经培养可观察到第2 极体，有的受精卵开始发生卵裂。

The somatic hybrids usually showed specific bands and combined all the bands of both parents. In combinations, some new bands were detected, and occasionally specific bands of parents were lost, which indicated that chromosome recombination and exchange happened after fusion. Additionally, in some combinations, specific bands from leaf parent were detected, which revealed the plants were of putative hybrid origin, because leaf protoplast cannot redifferentiate by both single culture and co-culture.

体细胞杂种一般表现为具有双亲的特征带，且综合双亲的所有带，但在部分杂种中检测到了双亲都没有的新带，也发现有丢失亲本的特征带或共有带的现象，说明融合后染色体发生了重组和交换；有的引物只检测到叶肉亲本的特征带，根据柑橘叶肉细胞无论单独培养还是共培养均不能再生的事实，可推测其为体细胞杂种或二倍体叶肉亲本型胞质杂种。
