The ultrastructural changes during the development of sieve element companion cell complex (SE/CC complex) in Populus deltoides were investigated using electronic microscopy. The result showed that SE and CC tome from the same secondary phloem mother cell. The development of sieve element went through three stages, i. e. immature, mature, and degenerate stage. In immature stages the sieve element presented radial expansion, cell wall thickening, and production of sieve plastid and P-protein. The cytoplasma selectivly autolysed in mature stage. At the same time, karyoplasm was dispersed, and nuclear envelope was not clear, or karyoplasm was disorgnized, and nuclear envelope was clear. The karyopalsm finally turned into P-protein. In degenerate stage, the cytoplasm completely disappeared, and the function was lost.

利用电镜技术研究美洲黑杨次生韧皮部筛管和伴胞发育过程中细胞超微结构的动态变化，观察到筛管和伴胞由同一个次生韧皮部衍生细胞分裂分化形成筛管约发育历经未成熟期、成熟期和衰退期的变化未成熟期筛管分子表现为细胞的径向扩展、壁的增厚、筛管质体和P-蛋白质的产生；成熟期筛管分子细胞组分发生选择性自溶，细胞核核质弥散状，核膜不清晰，或核膜清晰而核物质降解，最后细胞核完全解体转化为P-蛋白质类的物质；衰退期筛管分子细胞质完全解体消失，失去功能。

RESULTS: Microscopically, the lesion consisted of abundant collagen fibrils, proliferated histiocytes and numerous infiltrated plasmocytes, lymphocytes and eosinophilic granulocytes. Fusiform or polygonal histiocytes had abundant, granular, eosinophilic cytoplasm or clear cytoplasm containing radially oriented strands or resembled xanthoma cells. Emperipolesis of numerous small lymphocytes was seen in the cytoplasm of some large histiocytes.

结果： 镜下可见丰富的胶原纤维和组织细胞增生以及大量浆细胞、淋巴细胞和嗜酸粒细胞浸润，组织细胞呈梭形、多边形，胞质嗜酸性颗粒状、放射条纹状或泡沫状，一些大组织细胞质内有多量小淋巴细胞。

The 16S rDNA sequence of the 4 strains were aligned with the 16S rDNA sequences of other species in genus Burkholderia,and the polygenetic tree was produced by using a Clustal V and treeview software.The results showed that P.cocovenenans subsp.farinofermentans was in a high homology with Burkholderia gladioli and Burkholderia cocovenenans, and they formed an independent phylogenetic clustal of genus Burkholderia.Key words: P.cocovenenans subsp.farinofermentans,16S rDNA sequcence,phylogeny

PRL-LIR positive perikarya were mainly seen in nucleus suprachiasmaticus, nucleus paraventricularis preopticus, nucleus supraopticus, nucleus hypothalamus paraventricularis, nucleus periventricularis arcuatus and nucleus accumbens. PRL-LIR fibers and their terminals were detected in paleostriatum and median eminence.

结果，PRL阳性胞体主要分布在视交叉上核、视前室旁核、视上核、下丘脑室旁核、弓状核和伏隔核，旧纹状体、正中隆起存在大量阳性纤维末梢，在侧脑室腹侧的室管膜和脑基底神经胶质板上也存在PRL阳性神经元。

The histopathology showed that the tumors were rich in cells arranged in fascicles with bipolar and spindled processes. The nuclei showed minor pleomorphism. A few tumor cells were centered on the vessels with a nuclear-free zone that was characteristic of ependymoma.
