Objective To discuss the value of detection of serum serum anti-nuotrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies and anti-vascular endothelial cell antibodies in the diagnosis of erythema nodosum. Methods Samples from erythema nodosum patients and normal people were collected, the ANCA and AECA were detected by indirect immunofluorescence.

目的 探讨血清抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体及抗血管内皮细胞抗体在结节性红斑发病中的作用和意义方法收集结节性红斑患者和正常人血清，用间接免疫荧光技术检测血清中ANCA和AECA，并分型。

Results During the committed differentiation, the expression of calmodulin was distributed in and around the cell nucleus.

结果在神经干细胞定向分化为神经元的过程中，钙调蛋白于细胞核及核周呈阳性表达，随分化神经元的生长细胞核阳性表达逐渐减弱而胞浆增强，同时可见阳性反应物伸入树突及轴突。

On the termination date, the cultured explants were all examined by Western blot, HE and transmission electron microscope. Our results showed that after 12-days in culture, the cultivation treated with AS-ODN reduced the synthesis of AMBN and had a deformed dental cusp with thinner enamel matrix. Ultrastructure analyses showed that there was hardly any cisternae of the rough endoplasmic reticulum in the ameloblasts at the tip of the cusp of AS-ODN treatedexplants. However, on average the enamel matrix was thinner compared with that in the control group. Furthermore, the collagen fibers in extracellular matrix were found disorganized. These findings seemed to provide a direct experimental evidence that tended to indicate that the arrested AMBN translation in cultured tooth germs might result in the delay of the tooth development.

经用Western蛋白印迹检测表明，所设计的反义核酸对AMBN InRNA具有良好的封闭效果并成功阻断了牙胚对AMBN的表达；在缺乏AMBN情况下，与对照组相比，实验组牙胚在体外可以继续生长发育至钟状晚期，出现成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞的分化，成釉细胞可以分化成为分泌期型成釉细胞，胞浆中缺少合成蛋白质所必需的粗面内质网和高尔基氏体，缺乏溶酶体，表明对蛋白合成和脚的能力降低；实验组牙胚有牙尖形成和基质分泌，但牙尖形态异常，基质形成减少，牙尖周围基质最厚处为O.6卜m，明显薄于对照组的5.spin，基质中胶原纤维粗细不等，排列稀疏， 3 第四军医大学硕士学位论文未见钙化现象，充分证明了AMBN在牙胚发育中参与釉质基质形成和矿化过程，影响胶原纤维和牙本质基质的合成，促进成釉细胞对蛋白质的合成和釉质基质蛋白降解。

结果：原位杂交检测显示，8例患者肺组织中都表达SARSCoVRNA，阳性信号位于靶细胞胞浆内，呈紫蓝色。

MUC3 apomucin and its mRNA were mainly situated in the cytoplasms of goblet cells and columnar-type cells of duodenum and column.But no reactive signal of MUC2 and MUC3 genes' product was found in the mucous droplets.

Results The expression of Foxo3a, Bim, FasL in oocyte nests and primordial follicles were detected in the nuclei and cytoplasms of some oocytes. The patterns of Bim and FasL positive rates were consistent with that of Foxo3a and TUNEL positive oocytes rates, which reached the peak in the ovaries of 2-day-old rats.

结果 免疫组化显示Bim和FasL都在新生大鼠部分卵母细胞巢和原始卵泡的卵母细胞核内和胞浆高表达，且阳性率曲线都在2d达到高峰，随后逐渐降低，与TUNEL和FoXo3a的阳性率变化曲线一致。

RESULTS The results indicated that PCF could significantly increase the viability of thymocytes and enhance the activities of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT in cells. PCF decreased the amounts of ROS and the rate of apoptosis in cells. PCF inhibited the morpholog alteration of the thymocytes irradiated by UVB and maintained the ultrastructure of cells in normal. PCF attenuated UVB caused DNA fragmentation in thymocytes. While combined ERKs inhibitor yielded typical DNA fragmentation, co-treatment of thymocytes with PCF and JNKs and p38 kinase inhibitors completely blocked UVB-induced DNA fragmentation.

结果 PCF能显著提高UVB辐射后小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞的活性；提高胞浆中SOD、GSH-px、CAT的活性，降低ROS含量及细胞凋亡率；抑制UVB辐射所致的胸腺淋巴细胞凋亡的形态学改变，维持细胞的正常超微结构；抑制UVB所致的胸腺淋巴细胞DNA片段的出现；预先应用ERK抑制剂使DNA片段增加，给予JNK和P38抑制剂后协同PCF使DNA片段带减少。
