Avian embryo normal growth and development depends on all necessary nutrient from Avian eggs .As Romanoff （1972） pointed out, nutrition is critical ,no matter how deficiency or over-dose of nutrient ,It both leads to all kinds of nutritional defect ,even mortal stress .

禽胚的正常生长与发育取决于蛋提供的所有必需的营养物，Romanoff等(1972)指出，营养为本，无论是缺乏还是过量均会使胚胎出现各种营养性缺陷甚至于致命的应激。

In 52 crosses, the ratio of distinct ovary enlargement to seed capsule development was 86.5%, but only 32.7% of crosses, whose seed capsules developed after 4 months. Hybrid plants of 19.2% crosses were obtained by embryo culture.
