结果表明：龙眼胚性愈伤组织体胚发生过程中淀粉有2个累积峰值，第1次出现在胚性愈伤组织阶段，第2次出现在球形胚阶段，在鱼雷形胚阶段又有一个小回升，这时淀粉积累较心形胚和子叶形胚阶段高一些；随着胚胎的发育，DNA、RNA、总核酸含量的变化趋势大致相同，最高点均出现在心形胚阶段，其中RNA含量的变化较DNA、总核酸含量明显，蛋白质含量的变化曲线呈&S&形。
