Objective To study the relationship between postdate labor and the trophoblast apoptosis by observing the expression of Survivin protein in the trophoblasts of placenta.

目的 通过观察过期妊娠患者凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在胎盘滋养细胞层的表达，探讨滋养细胞凋亡与过期妊娠的关系。

Methods Immunnohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Survivin protein in the trophoblasts of placenta which were taken from 10 samples of postdate labor and 10 samples of fullterm labor.

采用免疫组织化学方法对10例过期妊娠和10例正常足月妊娠产妇的胎盘滋养细胞层Survivin表达进行检测和对比研究。

The expression of Survivin protein in the trophoblasts of fullterm labor was remarkably higher than that in the placenta of postdate labor.

胎盘滋养细胞层凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin表达减少，可能与过期妊娠有关。

This conclusion can be extended to premature delivery in placentalia.
