Objective: To explore the value of ultrasonic examination in diagnosis of advanced fetal cystic hygroma.

目的：探讨超声诊断中晚期妊娠胎儿淋巴水囊瘤的作用。

Methods:Retrospectively analyzed ultrasonogram of 8 cases diagnosed as advanced fetal cystic hygroma by prenatal examination.

回顾性分析产前系统超声检查诊断的8例中晚期妊娠胎儿淋巴水囊瘤的声像图特点。

Fetal cystic hygroma is always accompanied by various malformations. And ultrasonic examination plays an important role in screening.

胎儿淋巴水囊瘤常伴多种畸形，超声对本病筛查具有重要价值。

Results:8 cases had separate cystic hygroma,including 7 cases at neck(1 dead embryo)and 1 case under axillary.2 cases had pure cyst(25%),and 6 cases had complication(75%).

结果：8例胎儿淋巴水囊瘤均为有分隔水囊瘤，7例发生于颈部(1例为宫内死胎)，1例发生于腋下，其中单纯性囊肿2例(25%)，伴并发症6例(75%)。
