AIM: To study the sphincter of Oddi motility by choledochoscopic manometry, and to investigate the manometric appearance of sphincter of Oddi disorders and its relationship with bile duct stones.

摘要目的：对胆管结石患者术后经"T"管窦道行胆道镜测压，研究胆管结石患者术后Oddi括约肌功能，探讨结石与SO功能变化的关系。

SO dysfunction and hypomotility exist in bile duct stone patients after operation, which can be diagnosed effectively by choledochoscopic manometry.

胆管结石患者术后存在SO功能障碍及SO运动功能不足两种病理状况，而且SO的这些异常改变可能与胆管结石的形成和/或复发有关。

Methods With portal vein of donor livers perfused through by UW solution in every group, perfuse through hepatic artery and wash biliary tract by different methods, and then observe the change of biliary tract cell on different time in the cold preservation.

各组均以威斯康星大学液灌注走鼠供肝门静脉，以不同方式灌注肝动脉和冲洗胆管，在冷保存的不同时间段观察胆管细胞的变化。

Objective To summarize and elevate the nursing level of the acute obstructed suppurate cholangitis with diabetes.Methods Nine cases of AOSC with diabetes were collected in recent 5 years and perioperative observation and nursing were analysed retrospectively,especially aimed at hyperglycemia.

目的 总结合并糖尿病的急性化脓性胆管炎(acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis，AOSC)的围手术期的护理经验，提高护理水平方法 9例合并糖尿病的急性化脓性胆管炎患者，不同病情和治疗阶段采取有针对性的护理措施，特别是针对高血糖采取有效的护理措施。

Results For patients with simple tear of bile duct, bile duct stricture of Bismuth Grade Ⅰ, Grade Ⅱ, Grade Ⅲ and Grade Ⅳ, the ratio of good longterm outcome after early management was 100%(19/19), 57%(20/35), 50%(21/42), 38%(3/8) and 0(0/6), respectively.

结果 110例胆管损伤早期处理后效果良好的比例，胆管壁单纯裂口伤为100%(19/19)；Bismuth Ⅰ型为57%(20/35)，Ⅱ型为50%(21/42)，Ⅲ型为38%(3/8)，Ⅳ型为0(0/6)。

However,the spectrum of biliary diseases in China is different from that occurred in Weatern countries:disorders of the intrahepatic biliary system is much more frequent and more complicated, and there is still more room for further investigation.

但在我国，胆道病的特点和西欧国家有所不同，存在着更多的胆管和肝内胆管的疾病，因而需要更多的研究。

Results Internal jaundice was found in 63 cases (acute hepatitis in 40 cases, chronic hepatitis in 4 cases ,cirrhosis with ascites in 7cases ,cirrhosis with hepatic cancer in 4 cases, acute bacterial cholangitis in 1 case and acute calculous cholecystitis in 7 cases). Surgery jaundice in 21 cases (common bile duct stone in 9 cases, cholangiocarcinoma in 3 cases, pancreatic head cancer in 4 cases, focal pancreatitis in 1 case, ampullar carcinoma in 2 cases and biliary duct distal obstruction in 2 cases).

结果：内科性黄疸63例（急性肝炎40例，慢性肝炎4例，肝硬化伴腹水7例，肝硬化伴肝癌4例，急性细菌性胆管炎1例，急性结石性胆囊炎7例），外科性黄疸21例（胆总管结石9例，胆管癌3例，胰头癌4例，胰头炎症1例，壶腹癌2例，胆总管末端梗阻性病变2例）。
