METHODS: AP model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of cerulein or retrograde infusion of 50 g/L sodium taurocholate into the bili-pancreatic duct in Sprague Dawley rats.

分别采用ip雨蛙肽和胰胆管逆行注射50g/L牛磺胆酸钠建立大鼠轻症、重症急性胰腺炎模型。
