Itis a great deal of assistment for treatment and prognosis of patients, if we candiagnose hepatic fibrosis in forepart. The aim of this experiment evaluate the dignosisvalue of ultrasound elastic imaging on early hepatic fibrosis.we will supply thefundermental data for reseach henceforth. 2、Materials and Method The number of Wister rats is 30 and weight is 180-220g. 30 Wister rats had beenligated on the right hepatic ducts (include middle lobe、right lobe and caudate lobe) tocause partial cholestatic hepafibrosis factitiously and divided in A, B and C groups. Aand B groups had been ligated on the right hepatic ducts both. The different with Aand B is that the time of A group after ligation on the hepatic ducts is 2 weeks and thetime of B group is 1 week.

将实验动物分为A、B、C三组，A组为结扎大鼠右侧胆管(包括中叶、右叶、尾状叶)2周后进行检查。B组为结扎大鼠右侧胆管1周后进行检查，C组行假手术为对照组。A组大鼠麻醉后，腹部备皮，皮肤常规消毒，腹部横行切开，暴露肝脏、胆总管，游离右侧胆管，结扎，然后关腹；C组，仅开腹然后关腹，即假手术组。A、C两组同批实施手术，A、C两组术后1周，B组实施手术，步骤、方法、部位同A组。

Among them,9 patients had biliary strictures at the site of hepatic bile duct bifurcation,and 6 patients had intrahepatic biliary strictures,and 3 patients had multiple extrahepatic and intrahepatic biliary strictures.Eighteen patients with NABS were managed with interventional therapy,endoscopic treatment,RouxenY anastomosis or retransplantation.

结果：共发生NABS 18例（3.5%），其中肝门部胆管狭窄9例，肝内胆管多发狭窄6例，肝内外胆管多发狭窄3例。18例病人采用给予反复的介入、内镜治疗、外科重建胆道及再次肝移植治疗。

Objective To sdudy nomal pancreaticobiliary duct system with MRCP in order to provide statistic data for the diagnosis of the dilatation of the gallbladder and the pancreatic duct.

摘 要］目的：用磁共振胰胆管成像技术对正常胰胆管系统进行，为胰胆管系统疾病的影像诊断提供了统计数据。

Methods Porcine bile duct and ureter were treated using detergent sodium dodecylsulphate and 1% Triton X-100 to prepare the acellular lumens matrix. The toxic effects of different concentrations of acellular lumens matrix extract were tested by MTT to assess the proliferation of human scarfskin fibroblasts. The cytotoxicity of the target biomaterial was graded according to the national standards. The growth manner of the human intrahepatic bile duct endothelial cells seeded on the acellular lumens matrix was studied after 20 d under scanning electron microscopy.

采用十二烷基磺酸钠、Triton X-100处理封闭群小香猪输尿管和胆管，获得去细胞管腔基质支架材料； MTT法检测基质支架材料的不同浓度浸提液对细胞增殖的影响，并按医用生物材料细胞毒性分级标准进行评级；在基质支架材料上种植人肝内胆管上皮细胞，于接种后20 d通过扫描电镜观察人肝内胆管上皮细胞在支架上的生长情况。

Results: MR demonstrated capsule wall and papillary solid lesions in one case with cystic and solid lesions of hepatobiliary cystadenoma. Poly cystic form tan if different sine in sew case, capsule wall and septation was thick, part of capsule wall was obviously thickened and nodes form, intrahepatic bile duct was dilated, large poly-antrum cystic keen form structure in one case, capsule wall and septation were smooth, part of capsule wall was uniformly thicken, capsule wall, septation, mural nodus form and solid lesions in three cases wee all slightly hyperintense on T2WI and slightly hypointense on T1WI. Part of cyst fluid was hypointense on T2WI the diameter if tumor ranged from 3.4cm to 13.5cm. Part of capsule wall, septation, solid lesions and mural nodus west obviously enhanced in arterial phase in three cases, the extent of enhancement showed a little degrade in port vein phase, balance phase and delay phase, but dense to liver parenchyma at synchronization.

结果：3例肝内胆管囊腺瘤中1例呈囊实性结构，可见囊壁及乳头状实性肿块；1例为多个大小不等的多房囊状结构，囊壁及分隔光滑，囊壁局部明显增厚，有壁结节，周围见轻度的肝内胆管扩张；1例为巨大的多房囊状结构，囊壁及分隔光滑，局部均匀增厚；3例中的囊壁、分隔、壁结节及实性部分均呈T2WI稍高信号、T1WI稍低信号，囊内液性部分均呈T2WI高信号、T1WI低信号；肿瘤瘤体大小径线范围3.4~13.5cm.3例肝内胆管囊腺瘤中囊壁、分隔、实性肿块和壁结节动脉期均明显强化，门脉期、平衡期及延迟期强化程度略减低，强化程度均高于同期肝实质。

Firstly,all patients have been excided the upper ductus choledochus,the liver gross duct,left right liver duct besides one centimeter of liver duct that lies upwards the hepatolith.Secondly, we have sutured the excided bile duct, which has been shaped acetabuliform,lifted one part of jejunums,intered non-port one subcuneously,and then inosculated gall with enteron by Roux-en-Y way.Lastly,we have partly excised the ill liver in regular way.Results 26 ones have been follow-up for 1～10 years.The rate is 81 percents,average for 6 years.

32例肝内胆管结石均接受皮下盲袢型胆肠吻合术，其中结石位于右肝7例（22%），左肝9例（28%），两肝均有16例（50%）；结石合并肝胆管狭窄24例（75%），全部病例均切开胆总管上部、肝总管、左右肝管，并切开肝内胆管狭窄部以上1cm肝管，将切开的胆管做必要的缝合，形成碟状，取一段空肠上提，盲袢埋置皮下，再做胆肠Roux-en-Y吻合，病肝做规则性肝部分切除术。
