除空白对照组喂基础饲料外，其余各组均采用高脂乳剂灌饲方式建立大鼠高脂血症模型，喂养10日后眼球取血，测得受试动物血清中总胆固醇、总甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高，说明高脂血症模型复制成功。30日后，运用药理学方法，观察温胆汤对高脂血症成年大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的影响，并与西药辛伐他汀、中成药血脂康进行比较。
