胆固醇血

Methods: Divide 196 cases into 3 groups by their blood pressure and cardiograph measure result. 62 cases in high blood pressure group, 45 cases in cardiovascular disease group, 89 cases in control group. HS-CRP and ABLU were measured by BN-Prospec Analysis System. GLU, TC. TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were measured by OLYMPUS 2700 Automatic biochemical analyzer.

对1%例70岁以上老年人通过血压和心电图结果分为三组，其中高血压62例；冠心病45例；对照组89例，空腹采血，留取晨尿，分别用BN-Prospec特种蛋白分析仪，测定尿微量白蛋白及超敏C反应蛋白，用OLYMPUS2700全自动生化分析仪测定空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。

Further analysis illustrated that similarities and differences lie in the RE of CHD and CAS. Blood stasis and cbronic broncbitis are similar RF of both diseases; similar but different Rf covered liver deficiency, hypertension, diabetes, year of hyperlpemia, high blood sugar, tigh blood stasis, high cbolesterol. Among them, bigher positive rate of liver deficiency, hypertension and diabetes, longer year of hyperlipemia, higbef blood sugar, more serious blood stasis remain in CHD while higher cholesterot existing in CAS in this study. Moreover, qi deficiency, heart deficiency, Phlegm, senility index, putse pressure, LOP, TG, HDL/TC, Low putmonary 、function are different RF of both diseases.

进一步分析CHD和CAS易患因素异同的结果表明：CHD和CAS，相同易患因素有血瘀、慢支；同中有异的易患因素有肝虚、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症年限、高血糖、高胆固醇、血液粘滞性增高；其中CHD的肝虚、高血压和糖尿病发生率较高，高脂血症年限较长、血糖较高、血液粘滞性严重，CAS的总胆固醇在本次分析中较CHD高；不同易患因素有气虚、心虚、痰浊、衰老指数、脉压、LPO、TG、HDL/TC、肺功能低下。

Determination of blood pressure and heart rate : At the end of 12 weeks after lercanidipine treated, the rabbits were anesthetized with Urethan (5ml/kg). The right carotid artery was cannulated with a te for the measurement of blood pressure.

血标本：在实验开始时和4周、8周、12周末分别测定血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇，血清丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶活力。

METHODS: Seralbumin, serum creatine, blood sugar, total cholesterol, total triacylglycerol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were detected after more than 12 hours of fasting.

测定过夜空腹12 h以上血白蛋白、血肌酐、血糖、总胆固醇、总三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇；用放射免疫法测定早晨第1次尿中白蛋白。

Compared with Simvastatin Tablets and the capsule of Xuezhikang,the effects of Wendan decoction on serum triglycerides,serum total cholesterol,serum LDL-C and serum HDL-C in adult rats with chronic hyperlipidemwere observed after30dates.Result:By using pharmacological meth-od,the results revealed that Wendan decoction could effectively reduce serum of TC,TG,LDL-C levels in the rats with chronic hyperlidemia,it has raisen the concents of blood HDL-C and its function was more effective than the capsule of Xu-ezhikang.

除空白对照组喂基础饲料外，其余各组均采用高脂乳剂灌饲方式建立大鼠高脂血症模型，喂养10日后眼球取血，测得受试动物血清中总胆固醇、总甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高，说明高脂血症模型复制成功。30日后，运用药理学方法，观察温胆汤对高脂血症成年大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的影响，并与西药辛伐他汀、中成药血脂康进行比较。

The results of the study showed that the cholesterol, sodium, total protein and iron content of the yellow leg chicken were higher than the white leg chicken. Glucose, phosphorous, cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein in the blood of castrated chicken were higher as compared with non castrated chicken, but blood urea nitrogen was lower in castrated chicken.

试验结果指出黄脚胫的鸡在胆固醇、钠离子、总蛋白质和铁离子上比白脚胫的鸡为高，去势鸡其血中葡萄糖、磷离子、胆固醇、三酸甘油脂、总蛋白质均较不去势鸡为高，但血中尿素氮比不去势鸡低。
