Results （1）The positive rates or the scorings of MMP-1,MMP-9and MVD were significantly higher in human gallbladder neoplasm than that in human chronic cholecystitis（P.01）,But the positive rates of MMP-2in human gallbladder neoplasm were significantly lower than that in human chronic gallbladder cholecystitis（P.01）.（2）The closely positive correlations were found among the expressive scorings ofMMP-1,MMP-9,TIMP-2,MVD and the clinicopathological type,differentiated degree,with or without metastasic tumor.

结果 （1）31例胆囊癌组织中MMP-1，MMP-9的阳性表达率及其评分和MVD计数均值（以CD34阳性计数）分别为16例（51.6%）和20例（64.5%），明显高于10例慢性胆囊炎组织1例（10.0%）和2例（20.0%），差异有非常显著性（P.01）；胆囊癌组织中TIMP-2的阳性表达13例41.9%）则低于慢性胆囊炎组织9例（90.0%），差异有非常显著性（P.01）。

大体观察胆囊壁不同程度增厚，切面常见淡黄色大小不等的结节或斑块，有的有蒂呈息肉样隆起。镜下见胆囊壁的正常结构受到破坏，代之以特征性黄色肉芽肿性结构，由大量泡沫样细胞、急慢性炎细胞、纤维母细胞、异物巨细胞及Touton细胞等组成。

Methods:Seventy two cases with symptomatic cholelithiasis and cirrhosis were randomly divided into LC group (39 cases) and open cholecystectomy group (33 cases).The cohorts were wellmatched for number,age,sex,child classification.
