Methods 56 patients in esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding were allocated randomly into the control group and the treatment group. All patients were given basic treatment, the CG patients received pituitrin (0.2U/min) though micro infusion pump,octreotide 0.1mg were injected in the TG patients and infused continuously at a rate of 25 礸/h. The efficient hemostasis, rebleeding, the average bleeding time and blood volume were recorded. Adverse reactions such as the queasiness, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, palpitaition and hypertension were observed.

将经胃镜证实的食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者56例随机分成对照组(n=28)和治疗组(n=28)，两组在给予基础治疗的同时，对照组使用垂体后叶素0.2U/min微泵持续静脉滴注；治疗组使用奥曲肽，首次0.1mg静注，再以25μg/h微泵持续静脉滴注止血治疗，比较两组在止血有效率、再出血率、平均止血时间、平均输血量等止血效果及恶心、腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、心悸、胸闷、血压升高等不良反应上的差异，并进行统计学分析。

Results:The result showed that,in the period of 1987-1997,there were 6502 cases with 14 kinds of malignant tumors in this hospital,and 6221 cases with 6 kinds of digestive system tumors,including esophageal,gastric cardia,gastric,colorectal,liver and cholecystic tumors,its percentage in all of tumors was 97.5%;esophageal and gastric cardia cancers stood first and second on the list,3531 and 1764 cases respectively,their percentage in all of tumors were 81.4%,but other malignant tumors′ percentage was very lower.

结果：11年间该医院共收治14种恶性肿瘤6502例，其中包括食管、贲门、胃、肠道、肝和胆囊在内的6种消化系统肿瘤6221例，占全部恶性肿瘤数的95.7%；食管癌3 531例，贲门癌1764例，共占全部恶性肿瘤数的81.4%，位居前两位；胃癌和肺癌则排列第3位和第7位；宫颈癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、结肠癌等其他常见恶性肿瘤则仅占很低的百分率。

Results The modified procedure was better than the conventional method in terms of rarely occurrence of various complications,such as obstruction of afferent loop,fistula of duodenal stump,fistula of gastrojejunostomy,reflux gastritis,esophagitis,and dumping syndrome,etc.The patients'nutritional status was improved.

新术式能有效地减少和防止输入袢梗阻、十二指肠残端漏、胃空肠吻合口漏、反流性胃炎、食管炎、倾倒综合征等并发症的发生，并能改善术后病人营养吸收不良的状况。

If laser was not used, seromyotomy was performed around the junction of gastro-cardia, and then, interrupted suture of the seromuscular layers was carried out with lower layer overlapping the upper.

In rat esophagus, the positive varicosities and fibres could be observed in the circular muscle layer and the muscularis mucosae layer at 21st day before birth. With the development of rat digestive tract, neurokinin A-immunoreactivity positive nerves could be observed gradually in the epithelium, submucosa, longitudinal muscle layer, myenteric plexus and submucosal plexes, while mature nerve fibres could be seen at one month after birth. 2. In rat stomach, the positive reaction of NKA initially happened in the myenteric plexus at the 14th day of embryo, and then appeared on circular muscles, longitudinal muscles, submucosal, muscularis mucosae, lamina propria and epithelium. 30 days after birth, expression of NKA is same as seen in adaulthood. 3. In rat small intestinal, the NKA-IR could first be found in the myenteric plexus of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum at 14th , 15th and 17th day before birth respectively. Then the NKA-IR occurred in the longitudinal muscle layer, circular muscle layer, intestinal villus, intestinal gland, muscularis mucosae, submucosa, submucosal plexes, mucosa plexus and deep muscular plexus.

结果 1、在食管，于胚胎21天的粘膜肌层和环肌层内观察到神经激肽A免疫阳性膨体纤维，出生后，随幼鼠的生长发育，相继在上皮，粘膜下层，纵肌层、肌间丛、粘膜下丛有NKA-IR表达，30天时已和成年鼠相似；2、在胃，首先于胚胎14天的肌间丛出现NKA-IR的表达，随发育相继在环肌、纵肌，粘膜下层、粘膜肌、固有膜及上皮内出现NKA-IR的表达，30天时具备成年鼠的分布特征；3、在小肠，分别于胚胎14、15、17天的十二指肠、空肠和回肠的肌间丛处出现NKA-IR的表达，随发育相继出现在纵肌、环肌、绒毛、小肠腺周、粘膜肌、粘膜下层、粘膜下丛、粘膜丛、深肌丛。

Methods From Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2005, we had analyzed time of 312 hospital patients of cirrhotic upper gastrointestinal bleeding, including esophageal varices, gastric varices and portal high pressure nature stomach disease which had been diagnosed by gastroscopy, bleeding time was defined as the time of vomit blood or black piss, the data had been compared by χ^2 test.

对2003年1月～2005年12月肝硬化上消化道出血的312例住院病例进行回顾性分析，统计胃镜确诊的食管胃底静脉曲张破裂或门脉高压性胃病引起的上消化道出血的时间和季节，对不同时间段和季节率的比较用χ^2检验。
