MethodsⅠMaximal electroshock seizure was adopted to analyse the relative of dose and effect, relative of time and effect, including maximal efficacy and potency of these five extractives in mice given by ig administration.ⅡMetrazol seizure test was used to compare seizure latency, anticonvulsant rate and mortality of mice with every extractives.ⅢPharmacodynamic parameters of five alcoholic extractives were assayed by means of Pharmacological Effective Method.ⅣUsing the model of seizure rats induced by penicillin localized injected in cortex,we studied the effect of extractives on seizure latency, frequency of epileptiform discharge, highest wave of hippocampus EEG(Recoded by RM6240C multichannel physiological signal collection and analysis recorde), the changes of convulsant behaviors and the latency of seizure.

方法①采用最大电休克惊厥模型，分析灌胃小鼠各药的量效和时效关系，比较其效价强度和效能；②采用戊四唑惊厥模型，比较ig小鼠各药的惊厥潜伏期、抗惊厥率和死亡率；③采用药效法，运用数学模式及参数来模拟各药在体内的药效动力学过程；④制备大鼠皮层定位注射青霉素点燃模型，采用RM6240C型多道生理信号采集处理系统记录脑电图，比较ig各药对痫性发作潜伏期及发作程度、痫性放电潜伏期、痫波发放频率及最高波幅的影响；⑤采用HPLC法测定海马区癫痫相关递质的含量，比较各药对Glu、Asp、Gly、GABA的影响。

Ecr could promote the gastrointestinal motility, which has some dose-effect relationship. The effect on the gastrointestinal motility of Ecr has no significant difference with the domperidone and prepulsid. The mechanism may be that Ecr could affect the activity of the DVC in the spinal cord, and sequentially the activity of pneumogastric nerve were regulated.

白萝卜提取物对胃肠动力有较为明显的促进作用，这种促动力作用存在着一定的量-效关系；白萝卜提取物促进胃肠道动力的作用与经典的促胃肠动力药物对比没有显著性差异；白萝卜提取物促进胃肠动力的作用机制存在通过对支配胃运动的延髓迷走复合体的激活作用，进而调节迷走神经而实现其对胃运动的调节。

In order to clone the VIP gene in the gastrointestinal tract from beijing duck, one pair of specific primers to VIP gene was designed and synthesized according to the chick sequence (X80906). Encoding VIP cDNA fragments were amplified by RT-PCR from the total RNA in the Proventriculus, the Duodenum and the Jejunum of Beijing duck. Their PCR products were ligated into pGEM-T easy vector, which was transformed into E. coil JM109. Positive bacteria clones were screened and identified by PCR method and digested with the double restriction enzyme EcoRⅠ. The sequence of VIP gene fragment was also determined and analyzed.

为从北京鸭胃肠道中扩增血管活性肠肽基因，根据鸡VIP基因（GenBank登录号X80906），设计了一对简并引物，从北京鸭腺胃、十二指肠和空肠提取总RNA，通过反转录－聚合酶链反应扩增，将从腺胃、十二指肠和空肠中扩增出的产物克隆到pGEM-Teasy载体上，导入大肠杆菌JM109，阳性克隆经双酶切鉴定后测序，将测序结果与鸡和鹅（GenBank登录号为DQ023161）的VIP基因进行同源性比较。

Results The incidence of gastroparesis was higher in patients with chronic outlet obstruction before the operation or malignancy, andpatients receiving Whipple procedure or non-gastrectomy gastrojejunostomy.

结果：本组中，术前长期流出道梗阻、恶性肿瘤、胰十二指肠切除术后、无胃切除的胃空肠吻合术的患者发病率较高，胃镜、上消化道造影是诊断本病有价值的方法，经保守治疗后胃肠动力一般可在术后5周内恢复正常。

Gastroscopy and upper gastrointestinal series served as a valuable measurement in diagnosis. In general, GI motility could be restored after 5 weeks of conservative therapies.

结果：本组中，术前长期流出道梗阻、恶性肿瘤、胰十二指肠切除术后、无胃切除的胃空肠吻合术的患者发病率较高，胃镜、上消化道造影是诊断本病有价值的方法，经保守治疗后胃肠动力一般可在术后5周内恢复正常。

课题通过观察蜘蛛香环烯醚萜对正常及IBS模型动物的胃肠道功能、精神活动的影响，以及蜘蛛香环烯醚萜干预下IBS大鼠结肠、血清、中枢5-HT含量，结肠5-HTR3A受体的mRNA和色氨酸羟化酶(TPH1)的mRNA表达，结肠和血浆中SP和VIP含量以及结肠中肥大细胞分布，探讨蜘蛛香环烯醚萜对腹泻型IBS的治疗作用及其作用机理，为临床治疗IBS提供实验依据。1蜘蛛香环烯醚萜对胃肠功能的作用目的：探讨蜘蛛香环烯醚萜对胃肠功能的影响1.1蜘蛛香环烯醚萜对正常小鼠胃肠功能的作用方法：正常小鼠灌胃给予蜘蛛香环烯醚萜71.2mg/kg、35.6mg/kg、17.8mg/kg、8.9mg/kg与空白组和越鞠保和丸组对照，给药4日后测定动物的胃排空率和小肠推进率。
