Objective To investigate the effects of early postoperative rehabilitation exercise on anal exsufflation in patients following cholecystectomy. Methods 120 cases of patients undergoing cholecystectomy were randomly divided into three groups according to the time of postoperative exercise. The time of anal exhaust after cholecystectomy in the 120 patients was noted and analyzed.

胆囊切除手术患者因麻醉、手术创伤、牵拉等刺激，加之手术时腹腔开放，热量的散发，常导致胃肠功能紊乱，主要表现为肠蠕动消失，术后排便功能障碍，胃肠道运动从抑制到完全恢复需要一定时间，术后腹胀是临床常见且比较棘手的护理问题，如处理不好，对腹壁切口的愈合有不良的影响。
