Methods we summarized 22 cases Suffering from perforation of gastric cancer in our hospital,6 were treated with repair of perforatlon and gastrojejunostomy at the same time,8 with partial gastrectomy,8 wth radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer（D2,D3）,and positive treatment such.as intraperitoneal chemothrapy to the patients above.

对22例胃癌穿孔病人实施不同手术方式治疗。其中行穿孔修补加胃肠吻合术6例，姑息性胃癌切除术8例，胃癌根治术（D2，D3）8例，后两者术后均行腹腔化疗等综合治疗。

Results The incidence of gastroparesis was higher in patients with chronic outlet obstruction before the operation or malignancy, andpatients receiving Whipple procedure or non-gastrectomy gastrojejunostomy.

结果：本组中，术前长期流出道梗阻、恶性肿瘤、胰十二指肠切除术后、无胃切除的胃空肠吻合术的患者发病率较高，胃镜、上消化道造影是诊断本病有价值的方法，经保守治疗后胃肠动力一般可在术后5周内恢复正常。

Results The incidence of gastroparesis was higher in patients with chronic outlet obstruction before the operation or malignancy, andpatients receiving Whipple procedure or non-gastrectomy gastrojejunostomy. Gastroscopy and upper gastrointestinal series served as a valuable measurement in diagnosis. In general, GI motility could be restored after 5 weeks of conservative therapies.

结果：本组中，术前长期流出道梗阻、恶性肿瘤、胰十二指肠切除术后、无胃切除的胃空肠吻合术的患者发病率较高，胃镜、上消化道造影是诊断本病有价值的方法，经保守治疗后胃肠动力一般可在术后5周内恢复正常。

Other unusual cases may be associated with pneumopericardium, subcutaneous emphysema, splenic abscess, tension pneumothorax, gastropleural fistula, gastrobronchial fistula, gastropancreatic fistula, gastroenteral fistula, and penetration into the heart and aorta.

其它不常见的包括：心包膜腔积气、皮下气肿、脾脏脓疡、张力性气胸、胃肋膜腔唱管、胃支气管唱管、胃胰脏唱管、胃肠道间唱管以及造成心脏或主动脉穿孔。

Objective: To study the etiology, mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of gastroparesis after gastrointestinal operation.

目的 探讨胃肠手术后胃瘫综合征的病因、发生机制、诊断和治疗方法。

Methods: Thirty-one cases of gastroparesis after gastrointestinal l operation were analyzed retrospectively.

对31例胃肠手术后胃瘫综合征的临床资料进行回顾性分析。

Gastroparesis is induced by multiple factors,and organic and mechanical illness must be excluded.

结果 本组中胃瘫患者采用非手术疗法均治愈，最短的7天，最长的46天。经保守治疗后胃肠动力一般可在术后7周内恢复正常。
