Objective To investigate the effects of early postoperative rehabilitation exercise on anal exsufflation in patients following cholecystectomy. Methods 120 cases of patients undergoing cholecystectomy were randomly divided into three groups according to the time of postoperative exercise. The time of anal exhaust after cholecystectomy in the 120 patients was noted and analyzed.

The finding indicated that change of MTL and GAS could associate with the habituation and diseases of digestive system in human at high altitude.
