The composition of amino in feed matter and feed draff after degradation for sixteen in rumen compared, from which we found the content of vary of amino acids in peanut meal and Soybean meal had increasing trends after sixteen hours cultured in rumen. The increasing trends of leucine, isoleucine, threonine, phenylalanine were greater. The increase trends of lysine, methionine, arginine and histidine were smaller. The content of varies of amino acid in cotton seed meal matter had decreasing trend s after sixteen hours cultured in rumen, but decreasing value was small. The compositions of amino acid in lees and rape seed meal matter were steady after sixteen hours cultured in rumen.

通过把饲料原料中氨基酸的组成和瘤胃降解16h后饲料残渣的氨基酸组成比较发现各种蛋白质饲料瘤胃降解前后氨基酸组成均发生了一定的变化，总的来说，氨基酸浓度在降解后有上升趋势(p＜0.05)的有亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、缬氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸和脯氨酸，氨基酸浓度在降解后有下降趋势(p＜0.05)的有赖氨酸、精氨酸、谷氨酸和胱氨酸，氨基酸浓度在降解后差异不显著的有组氨酸、天门冬氨酸、甘氨酸，降解后无明显规律的有蛋氨酸、丝氨酸和酪氨酸。

Experiment 2: To choose the appropriate dosage of tannins for the diets in sheep, three High Mountain Fine-wool wethers fitted with permanent rumen fistula were used and the 3 ×3 Latin square design were adopted to study the effects of tannins in Sainfoin on protein protection of the diets, measured items included the rumen metabolic parameters, the appatent digestion of all nutrients and the appatent retention of N in sheep.

试验二：选用3 只安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的高山细毛羊羯羊，采用3×3 无重复拉丁方试验设计，研究红豆草中单宁对饲粮蛋白质保护的效果，测定项目有绵羊瘤胃代谢参数和饲粮各种养分的消化率与氮存留率，以期初步筛选出绵羊饲粮中适宜的单宁用量，为提高蛋白质饲料的有效利用提供依据。

Firstly, normal mice was given orally by SM(qd×2d), and the dysbacteriosis were caused in them ,and then they were given orally by STM,these mice were formed experimental salmonellosis models ,finally these salmonellosis models were treated by bifidobacterium ,and count respectively the cfu/g of STM number in the mice excrement during different time of therapy,detect the index numbers of liver and spleen respectively, detect content of TNF-a in blood and in spleen respectively.

先用硫酸链霉素给正常小鼠灌胃2d，出现菌群失调症状，再用STM灌胃造成小鼠STM感染，使用两岐双岐杆菌液干预治疗STM感染小鼠，检测不同治疗时间各组小鼠粪便STM菌落数、肝脾指数、血及脾中TNF-a的含量。采用SPSS12.0统计软件包进行数据处理分析，统计学方法采用双因素重复测量资料的方差分析、单因素随机化设计的方差分析、卡方检验、多组均数比较的非参数秩和检验。结果：随着治疗天数的增加，STM菌落数逐渐减少，未干预组、生理盐水组及双歧杆菌组比较结果均为P＜0.01；组间比较，双歧杆菌组STM数下降最快。
