和胃降逆方能通过多种途径多种机制表现出对SU模型大鼠胃粘膜的防护作用，同时体现了中药多成分、多靶点、多作用环节的特点，而和胃降逆方具有保护应激性溃疡作用是否影响与应激性溃疡相关的其它因素，还有待进一步深入研究。

Results:the clinical manifestation of postoperative gastroparesis was abdominal distention,vomit,no obvious celiodynia and normal gas discharge by anus in majority patients,weak enterocinsia was shown by barium meal x-ray of alimentary canal opacification,and unobstructed anastomotic stoma shown by gastroscopy.52 patients relieved from gastrointestinal decompression,nutrition support,water-electrolyte metabolism balance,gastrointestinal motility medicine and combined integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicien treament.conclusion: diagnosis of postoperative gastroparesis mainly depends on clinical manifestation,gastroscopy has significant value in diagnosis of grastroparesis.when mechanical is excluded,non-surgical treatment way should be adopted and would have satisfactory therapeutic effect.

结果：术后胃瘫的临床表现主要为腹胀、呕吐、无明显腹痛，大多数患者排气正常，消化道x-ray钡餐造影提示胃蠕动差，胃镜检查吻合口通畅。52例患者进行胃肠减压、营养支持、维持水电解质代谢平衡治疗，并应用促进胃肠蠕动的药物及中西医结合治疗等非手术治疗后，均缓解。结论：手术后胃瘫的诊断主要依据临床表现；胃镜检查有其重要价值；排除机械性梗阻后，采取非手术治疗，可取得满意疗效。

It shows that Iridoids composition of Valeriana jatamansi Jones have inhibit function on gastrointestinal function of normal mice.1.2 Effection of Iridoids composition of Valeriana jatamansi Jones on gastrointestinal function of mice with reserpineMethods:Compared with normal group,model group and YJBH group,mice with reserpine which has given Iridoids composition of Valeriana jatamansi Jones as 71.2mg/kg,35.6mg/kg,17.8mg/kg,8.9mg/kg was detected gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion after 6 days drug given.

结果：蜘蛛香环烯醚萜35.6mg/kg、17.8mg/kg组能减缓胃排空和小肠推作用(P.05)，说明蜘蛛香环烯醚萜对正常小鼠胃肠功能有一定的抑制作用。1.2蜘蛛香环烯醚萜对利血平化小鼠胃肠功能的作用方法：小鼠每日腹腔注射利血平造模，同时灌胃给予蜘蛛香环烯醚萜71.2mg/kg、35.6mg/kg、17.8mg/kg、8.9mg/kg与空白组、模型组和越鞠保和丸组对照，给药6日后测定动物的胃排空率和小肠推进率。

2 The effect of WCL on the levels of gastric mucosal GSH and GSH—Px in rat models of muriatic acid-ethanol ulcer The results indicate that WCL has a function of resisting muriatic acid-ethanol ulcer in rat models and its mechanism of anti-ulcer is highly correlated with its effect of increasing the gastric mucosal GSH and GSH-Px and strengthening gastric mucosal barrier.
