These diseases detected were esophageal varices, erosive gastritis, bile reflux gastritis, xanthoma, duodenitis, duodenal ulcer, small intestinal cancer, small intestinal angiodysplasia, Crohn's disease, intestinal polyp, intestinal erosion and congestion, diverticula, colon melanosis and colonic cancer.

检出了15种病变：食道静脉曲张、糜烂性胃炎、胆汁返流性胃炎、胃黄色瘤、十二指肠炎、十二指肠溃疡、小肠肿瘤、小肠血管畸形、克罗恩病、小肠单发及多发息肉、非特异性小肠炎、吸收不良综合征、小肠憩室、结肠黑病变、结肠癌。

Methods: 52 cases of superficial gastritis and 50 cases of atrophic gastritis were investigated.

选择浅表性胃炎患者52例，萎缩性胃炎患者50例。

METHODS: A total of 129 gastric mucosa biopsies and its corresponding serum specimens were collected from patients with superficial gastritis (n=30), gastric ulcer or erosion (n=35), atrophic gastritis (29), and gastric cancer (n=35). The expression of PGC in the gastric mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the concentration of serum pepsinogen A and pepsinogen C were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.

129例胃黏膜活检组织及其血清标本（浅表性胃炎30例，胃黏膜糜烂溃疡35例，萎缩性胃炎29例，胃癌35例），采用免疫组织化学染色检测胃黏膜标本中PGC的表达情况；采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测血清PGA和PGC含量。

This paper mainly aims at analysis of gastrointestinal mucosa gene expression profiles of paired samples about spleen deficiency of chronic superficial gastritis and normal people group, and spleen deficiency of chronic superficial gastritis and piwei damp-heat group. 9 and 12 different genes are selected by using Wilcoxon signed rank test, the ratio of quadratic sum between groups and within groups and distance-related analysis in the process of feature selection.

通过对慢性浅表性胃炎脾虚证与正常人、慢性浅表性胃炎脾虚证与脾胃湿热证两组胃肠粘膜配对样本的基因表达谱进行分析，在特征提取阶段分别利用Wilcoxon符号秩检验、组间和组内平方和比率、基于相关距离的冗余分析方法，分别得到9个和12个差异基因。
