Methods: A rat chronic gastric ulcer model was made by infecting Hp(NCTC11637 strain)after injecting acetic acid into the subserosa of the stomach. In the experiments, the techniques of immunohistochemical stain and in situ hybridization etc. were used to observe the expression of bFGFmRNA and PCNA in th ulcer.

采用幽门螺杆菌多次重复感染乙酸性胃溃疡大鼠，造成Hp相关的慢性胃溃疡模型，运用免疫组化和原位杂交等技术观察该方对Hp感染的慢性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜碱性成纤维生长因子mRNA和胃黏膜细胞增殖核抗原的影响。
