方法烧伤后上消化道应激性溃疡大出血患者15例，烧伤面积(38±15)%，出血部位12例位于十二指肠，3例位于胃。手术时间在伤后4～12天，手术方式为缝扎止血、幽门成形、选择性迷走神经切断、溃疡外旷置术或胃大部分切除术。

目的 探讨消化性溃疡急性穿孔的治疗方法，旨在提高ⅰ期手术治愈的成功率。方法回顾性总结分析20年间手术治疗消化性溃疡急性穿孔208例，其中86例（41.35%）采用胃大部连同病灶切除ⅰ期治愈，胃肠重建采用billrothⅰ式吻合18例（20.93%），billrothⅱ式吻合68例（79.07%），billrothⅱ式结肠前吻合42例（61.76%），结肠后吻合26例（38.24%）。结果 86例中除1例billrothⅱ式吻合术后发生胃瘫并发症，经保守治疗月余治愈外，其余病例术后恢复顺利，均随访5年以上情况良好。结论消化性溃疡急性穿孔的ⅰ期手术治疗，解决了因溃疡穿孔单行修补术后再次复发穿孔、出血、幽门梗阻、粘连、溃疡恶变而重复手术等问题，缩短了治愈周期，提高了生存质量。

自2007年3月～2009年1月，对就诊于福建省第二人民医院和福建省立医院消化内科门诊、住院和福建省消化内镜中心具有典型的烧心感和反流症状（如胸骨后疼痛、反酸或反食）患者行电子胃镜检查，排除有食管黏膜损害或Barrett食管等表现的患者，筛选出非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者，行反流性疾病问卷（reflux diagnostic questionnaire，RDQ表）对其症状评分，应用国际通用的焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）对所有入选患者进行焦虑和/或抑郁状态心理测评，并统计总积分，观察非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者症状积分与心理因素的相关性。

Result The optimum temperatures and pH were 55,55,50℃ and 2.0,7.5,7.5 resp. in tarn for protease, the optimum temperatures were all 40 ℃ and the optimum pH were 4.0,7.0,7.0 reap. for amylase in stomach, intestine and hepatopancreas of A. rostrate.

结果］美洲鳗胃、肠和肝胰脏蛋白酶的最适温度和最适pH值分别为55、55、50℃和2.0、7.5、7.5，美洲鳗胃、肠和肝胰脏淀粉酶的最适温度均为40℃，最适pH值分别为4.0、7.0、7.0。
