摘 要：目的：研究黄柏及其不同炮制品对小鼠及大鼠胃肠功能的影响。方法：以黄柏及其不同炮制品的提取物灌胃，观察小鼠胃排空及小肠推进情况；观察不同药物对大鼠的胃液分泌情况的影响，用滴定法对大鼠的胃液的总酸度进行测定，用改良mett氏法对大鼠的胃蛋白酶活性进行测定。

Methods: Experimental mice were perfused with different dosages of tetracycline.
