结果：本组中，术前长期流出道梗阻、恶性肿瘤、胰十二指肠切除术后、无胃切除的胃空肠吻合术的患者发病率较高，胃镜、上消化道造影是诊断本病有价值的方法，经保守治疗后胃肠动力一般可在术后5周内恢复正常。

Result: Senile gastric cancer patients sought medical advice for epigastralgia,bleeding,vamiting,epigastia tumor. The rate of operation treatment was 76.4％,including radical operation for carcinoma of stomach 45 cases（54.88％）,subtotar-gastretomy 22 cases（21.95）,gastrojejunostomy 9 cases（10.98％）.

结果：老年人胃癌以上腹部疼痛、出血、呕吐、上腹部肿块为主要表现，手术切除率76.4％，其中胃癌根治术45例（54.88％）、胃大部分切除18例（21.95％）、胃空肠吻合改道术9例（10.98％）。
