Methods 54 patients with esophageal and cardia cancer were underwent resection with Gambee＇s single layer lip-shaped anastomosis, including esophagogastrostomy in 43 cases and esophagojejunostomy in 11 cases.

54例食管癌、贲门癌患者采用食管胃、空肠唇状单层Gambee法吻合，食管胃吻合43例，食管空肠吻合11例。

Objective:To summarize the nutritional supporting experiences in anastomotic leakage following esophagogastrostomy or esophagojejunostomy after gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma and to increase the level of treatment of anastomotic leakage following esophagogastrostomy or esophagojejunostomy.

METHODS By using transmission electron microscopy, we examined endoscopic esophageal biopsy specimens from the controls (n=10), patients with gasteroesophageal reflux disease(n=12), patients with esophageal carcinoma (n=10) and those after tunnel esophagogastrostomy (n=10). The intercelluar space diameter was measured by using a digital scanner from photomicrographs of the specimen.

用透射电镜检查10例正常对照组、12例胃食管返流病患者、10例食管癌患者和10例食管癌行&隧道式&食管胃吻合术后患者的内镜活检标本，用图像分析仪测量每例标本透射电镜照片的细胞间隙。
