分别用四氯化碳(CC14)2mL/kg，硫代乙酰胺200mg/kg，腹腔注射，建立大鼠急性肝损伤的模型；保肝益胃合剂，多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊，甘草酸二胺胶囊灌胃治疗。
