Methods Adopting electrophysiological methods,the extracellular discharge signals of neuronic action in NTS were recorded with glass microelectrodes. The effects of acupuncture at "Zusanli"(ST 36),"Neiguan"(PC 6),"Zhongwan"(CV 12),"Qihai"(CV 6) on discharges of NTS neurons and intra-gastric pressure were observed in the rat at normal physiological state,and increase or reduction of gastric motility.

采用神经电生理学方法，用微电极细胞外记录大鼠孤束核单个神经元的活动，观察在正常生理状态及胃运动增强和胃运动抑制的病理状态下，分别针刺&足三里&&内关&&中脘&&气海&对孤束核神经元放电及胃内压的影响。

Omental GISTs unattached to gastrointestinal tract often resemble gastric GISTs suggesting that they may be gastric GISTs directly extending or parasitically attached into the omentum, whereas multiple omental GISTs more often resemble small intestinal GISTs suggesting that they may be metastatic or detached from this source.

不与胃肠道粘连的网膜GISTs常类似胃GIST，它们有可能是胃GISTs的直接延伸，或是寄生于网膜中（只不过最初与胃连接的地方已不存在）。

Results Findings in the operation and pathologic diagnosis: gastric ulcer in 11 cases (50%); duodenal ulcer in 7 cases(33.9 %); Postbulbar duodenal ulcer in 1 case (4.5%); complexity ulcer in 3 cases(13.6%); among them, canceration in 2 cases (9.1%) Procedures: subtotal gastrectomy with Billroth 1 anastomosis in 6 cases(27.3%), subtotal gastrectomy with Billroth II anastomosis in 15 cases.

结果手术所见及病理诊断：胃溃疡11例(50％)；十二指肠球部溃疡7例(33.9％)；十二指肠球后溃疡1例(4.5％)；复合性溃疡3例(13.6％)；其中伴癌变2例(9.1％)。手术方式：胃大部切除Billroth 1式吻合术6例(27.3％)，胃大部切除BillrothⅡ式吻合术15例(68.2％)，全胃切除Roux—en—Y吻合术1例(4.5％)，其中溃疡旷置术3例(13.6％)。

Methods］ 36 twomonthold rabbits with white feather and black eyes,half male and half female,were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group,model group,xiangsha liujun pill group, lizhu changle group, lowdose leweiyintreated group,highdose leweiyintreated group.except the normal group, others were made into ibs model of spleen deficiency which was induced by damp heat stress and gavage with fanxieye as well as method of either hunger or gorge.the drug groups were administered preventively from the mediumterm of the model reproduction to the end of modeling.the rabbits of each group were observed.no,nos,mda,sod in serum and sp in colonic membrane were detected.

方法］两月龄白毛黑眼兔36只，雌雄各半，随机分为6组：正常组、模型组、香砂6君丸组、丽珠肠乐组、乐胃饮低剂量组、乐胃饮高剂量组。除正常组外，其余whbe兔采用湿热环境应激联合番泻叶灌胃加饥饱失常复合方法致脾虚泄泻型ibs模型。从模型复制的中期开始各用药组预防给药，至造模结束。观察各组1般情况，测定血清no、nos、mda、sod含量及结肠黏膜组织中sp含量。

The Tongfuxingshen liquid proctoclysis can promote the patients in unconscious state to conscious state, and improve the degree of coma and the scores of nervous functional defects,To observe the expression of HSP70, HO-1mRNA and the Cerebral vessels permeability, encephaledema in rat brain after experimental haemorrhagic stroke. Hemorrhagic stroke Sprague Dawley rat model was made by injecting collagenase type Ⅶ and hepathrom stereotaxically, Rats were randomly divided into fake operation group, model group and enema group, take orally group, in three time point (3 days, 5 days, 7 days) we observed the change of cerebral vessels permeability, encephaledema and HSP70 immunohistochemistry, HO-1mRNA hybridization in situ.

结果表明，通腑醒神液直肠滴注较灌胃起效快，能尽快促使昏迷患者神志清醒，意识清醒时间平均为4.94天，而灌胃组为6.9天，经统计学处理有极显著性差异；明显改善患者的昏迷程度，第8天治疗组Glasgow-Pittsburgh昏迷评分值平均为29.39分，对照组为26.60分，经统计学处理有极显著性差异；治疗后14天临床疗效比较，通腑醒神液直肠滴注组总显效为54.84%，总有效率为80.65%，而灌胃组总显效为43.33%，总有效率为66.67%，经统计学处理无差异性，可能为样本量过少有关，尚需进一步增加样本量评估。

Experiments were done on four dairy goats fitted with rumen cannulae and fed under different feeding regimes to measure the variations of ciliate protozoal population, pH and Eh in the rumen.

Methods: Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, TCM group Ⅰ, TCM group Ⅱ and western medicine group. In addition to the normal group, the other four groups were reproduced animal model of pulmonic fibrosis. The model group were given normal saline gavage, The TCM group Ⅰ given Feifltkang Mistura (1g/ml) gavage, The TCM group Ⅱ were given Fe4fukang Mistura (0.5g/ml) gavage, WM group were given prednisone gavage. Half of each group were taken blood to test in 28th, 56th day.

选择Wistar大白鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药Ⅰ组、中药Ⅱ组、西药组，除正常组外，其余四组均复制肺纤维化动物模型；模型组用生理盐水灌胃，中药Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别用高、低剂量肺复康合剂灌胃，西药组用强的松灌胃；各组分别检测血清相关指标。

Methods:Forty SD female rats undergone selective truncal vagotomy were randomized into four groups:A without additional operation;B with pyloroplasty;C with proximal gastrectomy;D with both proximal gastrectomy and pyloroplasty.GEt1/2 was quantitatively assessed with SPECT technique in preoperation and 1,2,3 weeks postoperatively.

40只大白鼠分成4组，每组均行选择性迷走神经干切断术，A组未另附加其它术式，B组附加幽门成形，C组行近端胃切除，D组行近端胃切除附加幽门成形，术前及术后1、2、3周分别行核素胃排空显像测定GEt1/2。

Objective:The study mainly utilize the raphanus which is a edible Chinese officinal herb and has little side-effect, easily accepted, steadly effect, and so on, to exploit its pharmacological value on gastrointestinal motility. By observing the effects of the crude extract of radishon the electrogastrogram,gastric emptying and small bowel peristalsis activity of the rats in vivo ,the effects of Ecr on gastrointestinal motility could be manifested. Furthermore, the contrast study about the effects of gastrointestinal motility was also observed among Ecr domperidone and prepulsid. The mechanism was explored by observing Ecr on the expression of Fos protein of the dorsal vagal complex.

目的：本研究主要利用十字花科萝卜属植物白萝卜作为食源性中药，具有副作用少、易被接受、作用稳定等特点，通过白萝卜提取物(The crude extract of radish，Ecr)对在体大鼠胃排空、肠推进、胃电活动的观察，并与经典的促胃肠动力药物进行对比观察，研究提取物对大鼠胃肠动力的作用；进一步通过研究提取物对大鼠中枢支配胃运动的迷走复合体(Dorsal vagal complex，DVC)中Fos蛋白表达的影响，从而反映DVC被激活的情况，来探讨白萝卜提取物促进胃肠动力的机制，从而为其在胃肠动力相关的功能性疾病的治疗上的应用提供实验基础和理论依据。
