采用多重刺激复制大鼠CAG模型，应用大、小剂量萎胃康颗粒进行治疗，并以三九胃泰作为阳性对照药物，应用计算机图象自动分析系统分析给药前后各组胃黏膜G细胞、D细胞的数量和平均光密度变化。

Methods The experimental model of mice with PDS was induced by rhubarb decoction. Then the mice were treated with three dosages of SJZD (12.5, 25, and 37.5 g/kg), respectively. The body weight, body temperature, mean retention time of chyme in digestive tract, gastric emptying velocity, gastrin and motilin levels, and visceral index of mice were measured.

方法大黄煎液制备小鼠脾虚证模型后，以3种剂量(12.5、25、37.5g/kg)的四君子汤进行治疗，测定小鼠体重、体温、消化道内食糜平均滞留时间、胃排空速率、胃泌素与胃动素水平、脾脏和胸腺脂数。

Results Being compared with the normal group, the PDS mice showed a slower growth of body weight and a lower body temperature, a shorter mean retention time of chyme in digestive tract and faster gastric emptying velocity, a lower gastrin content, and a higher motilin content. Also splenic and thymus indexes were found to follow a downtrend in the PDS mice. Three dosages of SJZD showed a restoration effect on the above all indexes, and the high dosage was the most effective one, especially.

结果脾虚证小鼠体重增长缓慢，体温降低、消化道内食糜平均滞留时间缩短、胃排空加快、胃泌素的量降低、胃动素的量升高，脾脏和胸腺指数降低。3种剂量的四君子汤对脾虚证小鼠以上各指标的变化均有明显的矫正作用，以高剂量效果最佳。

Celiac were much more than outer stomach in the part recurrence. The Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ type were much more in Bormann classification. Low polarization tumors were much more. Part recurrence were less after complete gastrectomy except celiac recurrence. Cardia circumambience and liver-duodenum ligaments (No. 1, 12) lymph node were more in the outer stomach recurrence.

局部复发病例中以腹膜腔复发多见，胃外复发次之；Bormann分型以2、3、4型复发多见；低分化肿瘤复发多见，全胃切除后除腹膜腔复发外局部复发少；胃外复发病例中以贲门周围和肝十二指肠韧带即第No.1、12淋巴结复发多见。

Results The recovery and regrowth in vitro of coccoid forms of Hp did not he observed in our applied four kinds of culture medium. Parts of coccoid forms of Hp occured reversion and colonization in mice stomach.

Hp螺旋体感染组在小鼠胃内的定植密度较高，且胃粘膜下可见大量炎症细胞浸润；而球形体感染组并未见到小鼠胃粘膜组织的明显炎症损伤，且仅有少量回复的螺旋体定植。

染毒到100d开始将染毒小鼠分组：治疗1组、治疗2组、模型组，另设一正常组，治疗1组用何首乌复方制剂灌胃治疗，治疗2组用排重金属中药制剂海尔福口服液灌胃治疗作为治疗对照组，模型组和正常组用等体积蒸馏水灌胃作正常对照。100d后治疗与染毒同时进行，直到实验结束。

Furthermore, they restrained the inhibition of dopamine on gastric emptying in mice. They had no effect on the inhibition of atropine.
