With the increase of NaCl concentration and prolonging of stress time,the contents of Na in leaves of the untrasgenic plant was more distinct than the transgenic plant,especially under 0.9%NaCl stressed after 40 days, the contents of Na was 2.0-6.2 times compared with the transgenic plant in the same desposition,therefore,the un-transgenic plant died under this concentration in the end .

随着盐浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长，对照植株叶片中Na 含量极显著地高于转基因植株，特别是在0.9%盐度下胁迫40d，对照植株的Na 含量极高，是该处理下转基因植株的2.0-6.2倍，因此，该浓度下的对照植株最终死亡。

Effects of water stress on the level of reactive oxygen speciesand activities of antioxidant enzymes in the leaves of wheat(Triticum durum Desf.) seedlings were investigated.Water stress resulted in significant increase in the contents of O-.2,MDA and the activities of superoxide dismutase and ascorbate peroxidase in wheat leaves.However,the activities of glutathione reductase,catalase and the content of H2O2 were not changed obviously under water stress.

分析了水分胁迫对小麦幼苗叶片中活性氧水平和抗氧化酶活性的影响，结果发现，水分胁迫能够显著提高超氧阴离子(O-2·)和丙二醛的含量及超氧化物歧化酶和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶的活性，而过氧化氢(H2O2)的含量及过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽还原酶的活性变化不明显。

Up-regulated proteins under salt stress include an ABC transporter permease, glycerol-3-phosphate permease, pyrimidine nucleotide transporter, formate dehydrogenase, and down-regulated proteins include succinate dehydrogenase iron-sulfur subunit, flavoprotein subunit, cytochrome b-556 subunit, and a hypothetical membrane protein similar to charperone DnaJ. Some of these changes were further verified by enzyme activity assay.

The thickening of ROL barrier obviously became stronger at 50 g·L-1 and higher concentrations. Besides, suberisation of cell walls increased significantly with the time extension.
