The study of mechanism of its anti-inflammationThis experiment shows that NTL can inhibit the edema of hind paw induced by fresh egg white in adrenalectomized rat, reduce the weight of thymus in rat, increase the content of hepatic glycogen ,but decrease eosinophil of mice through experimentalstudy of effect of NTL on edema of hind paw induced by fresh eggwhite in adrenalectomized rat, weight of thymus in rat, content ofhepatic glycogen and eosinophil of mice. The results indicate that NTL has the analogous function to cortin.

抗炎机理研究通过虎斑游蛇对去肾上腺大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀、对大鼠胸腺重量和对小鼠肝糖原含量及对小鼠嗜酸性粒细胞数量影响的实验研究，表明虎斑游蛇能够抑制去肾上腺大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀，使小鼠胸腺的重量减轻，增加小鼠肝糖原的含量而减少嗜酸性粒细胞的数量，提示虎斑游蛇具有肾上腺皮质激素样作用。

Results TFC significantly inhibited mice ear swelling and rat palm swelling and rat cotton pellet granuloma. It also showed that the content of PGE2 and LTB4 from PMФ were inhibited by TFC in dose-dependent manner.

结果 TFC对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足爪肿胀、棉球诱导的大鼠肉芽肿具有抑制作用；TFC在0.05~50mn/L范围内能够浓度依赖性地抑制PMФ中PGE2和LTB4的产生。

Analgesic action of wild and cultivated Polygonun capitatum was observed by aceticacid-induced twisting test.ResultsBoth wild and cultivated Polygonun capitatum could inhibit cotton-induced granuloma of mice, and inhibit twisting response of mice obviously. In the same dose, there had no significant difference between wild and cultivated Polygonun capitatum.

By comparing the body weight, immune organs index and response of lymphocytes to ConA, to analyze the effect of QKL on immunological system of normal mouse. Delayed type hypersensitivity mouse model was established by stimulation with dinitrofluorobenzene. By comparing spleen index and swelling rate of pathogenetic ear, to illuminate the immunoregulation of QKL in vivo. Polymicrobial sepsis mouse model was induced by cecal ligation and puncture. The cumulative survival rate was observed in QKL and NS groups. Results: QKL had no influence on body weight and spleen index of normal mouse, but it could significantly decrease thymus index and inhibit the immune response of lymphocytes to ConA.

连续皮下注射QKL 5 d，通过检测小鼠体重、免疫器官指数和淋巴细胞对ConA刺激的反应，分析QKL对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响；采用二硝基氟苯诱发小鼠耳朵肿胀，发生接触性皮炎，建立DTH模型，通过比较QKL与NS对照对小鼠脾脏指数和发病耳肿胀抑制率评价QKL体内对小鼠的免疫调节功能；采用盲肠结扎穿孔术后引起的多细菌性腹膜炎，建立小鼠脓毒症模型，通过观察QKL对小鼠存活状况的影响，评价QKL的免疫调节作用。

Firstly, the acute cytotoxicity of profenofos on FG-9307 cells was studied, it was found that the cell growth rate was markedly reduced by profenofos at all the concentrations tested; and that the fine structures of the cells were also altered by profenofos, as evidenced by dilation of nuclear membranes and mitochondria cristae, and presence of enlarged lysosomes with engulfed organelles and numerous vacuoles in the cytoplasm.

The ultrastructural damages to hepatopancreatic cells were characterized by the decrease of microvilli, swelling and breaking up of mitochondria, expansion of endoplasmic reticulum, disruption and vacuolization of nucleus, tumefaction of nuclear membrane and increase of lipid droplets. As for the toxicological changes of myocardial cells, the mitochondria were swelling, having a lot of vacuolus and disintegrating, while the myofibrils were irregular with endoplasmic reticulum dissolved.
