结果：用术后磁共振来评估肿瘤的切除程度，7例垂体腺瘤全切除4例，7例颅咽管瘤全切除5例，3例Rathke囊肿和2例脑膜瘤均全切除。1例颅咽管瘤（5％）发生术后脑脊液漏需再手术修补，该患者亦发生蝶窦霉菌感染，予药物治疗。
