The connective tissue layer of SZMS is a communication pathway for superficial spread of infection, hematoma, or tumor invasion to or from the scalp and face. Compartments of deep fat pad and temporal muscle are also pathways for the spread of disease to or from the face, intracranium and orbit. The primary tumors in infratemporal fossa and SZMS are rare. Malignant tumors in SZMS usually come from surrounding spaces.

上颧骨咀嚼区的结缔组织是颜面部及头部之感染、血肿、及肿瘤的表浅扩散连结路径，而深层脂肪垫区及颞肌亦是颜面部、颅内及眼窝之病灶的扩散连结路径，原发性下颞窝及上颧骨咀嚼区肿瘤非常少见，恶性上颧骨咀嚼区肿瘤通常来自於附近空间。

Methods from Sept 2000 to March, 2002 516 patients with body tumor were therapied. The radiotherapeutic plan and set dosage distribution had been worked out on the basis of the carcinoma position, clinical target volume, patient health condition, and therapeutic aim. The isodosage curve was 50-90%. The fractional doses was 300-900cgy. The therapy had been repeated for 5-9 times for one patient, every two days one time. Results the patients were followed up 3 to 15 months after therapy.

采用OUR-QGD立体定向伽玛射线体部放射治疗系统治疗肿瘤患者516例，根据肿瘤的部位、临床靶体积大小、分类与治疗目的，如临床根治或姑息治疗，以及肿瘤周围的组织与器官、病人的身体状况、既往治疗情况、有无淋巴结转移等制定放射治疗计划及调整剂量分布， PTV覆盖95%以上CTV，等剂量曲线50~90%，中位值62.2%。

Methods A total of 36 patients with advanced renal cancer were definitely diagnosed by IVP, US, CT or MRI examination. A 5F Yashiro catheter was introduced into the femoral artery with Seldinger's technique under local anesthesia, abdominal aortagraphy and renal arteriography in both sides of kidneys were performed routinely to display the blood supplying arteries of tumor, thereafter, renal embolization was performed under superselective catherization for chemotherapeutic embolizing. Then the clinical effect was observed, the amount of blood loss and the operation time were recorded. All these results were compared with that of randomly selected 17 patients before surgical operation with advanced renal cancer admitted during the recent 3 years but without embolization.

36例中晚期肾癌患者，均经临床检查、静脉肾盂造影、B超、CT或MRI检查而确诊；采用Seldinger's技术，局部麻醉下经一侧股动脉穿刺插管，引入5F Yashiro导管，常规行腹主动脉及双肾动脉造影，以显示肿瘤的供血动脉，再将导管超选择插管或尽可能接近肿瘤病灶，进行化疗栓塞，观察其临床改善情况，计算术中失血量及手术时间，并与随机抽取我院近3年所做的17例术前未行肿瘤供血动脉栓塞的肾癌患者进行对照。

Results: Weight, size and CT of the tumor, DHEA, 17-ks, sex hormone levels, infiltration, and metastasis were closely related to the degree of differentiation of the tumors. Conclusion: Virilizing and feminizing adrenal neoplasm were removed surgically by different incisions.

分泌性激素的肾上腺皮质肿瘤的重量、直径、尿17酮和血性激素水平、CT表现和肿瘤浸润及转移可作为判断肿瘤良恶性的参考指标。

None of the other potential prognostic factors evaluated (including patient age, gender, tumor grade, tumor location, subtotal resection, presence or absence of cranial nerve palsies, total dose, 3D conformal radiotherapy, duration of symptoms, or radiological response) were associated with patient overall survival in multivariate analysis.

以多变数分析评估其他一些可能的预后因子（包括病患年龄、性别、肿瘤的分化程度、肿瘤位置、是否接受手术切除、有无脑神经麻痹、放射治疗总剂量、三度空间顺形放射治疗、症状的持续时间、或影像学上肿瘤是否变大）均不影响病患存活率。
