Resulte: In 12 infective lesions, including purulent infection (4 cases) and tuberculosis (8 cases), the correct dignosis was made in 4cases by CR and in 11 cases by CT. In 16 soft tissue tumors, including lipoma (7 cases), fibrosarcoma (4 cases), hemangioma (1 case), neurofibroma (1 case), malignant fibrous histocytoma (1case), aggressive fibromatosis (1 case) and liposarcoma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 3cases by CR and in 14 cases by CT. In 11 bone lesions, including fibrous dysplasia (7 cases), chondroma (2 cases), myeloma and cosinophilic granuloma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 8cases by CR and in 10 cases by CT.

结果：感染组12例中(包括化脓性感染4例，胸壁结核8例)，CR准确诊断4例，CT诊断11例；软组织肿瘤组16例中(包括脂肪瘤7例，纤维肉瘤4例，血管瘤、神经纤维瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、侵袭性纤维瘤病和脂肪肉瘤各l例)，CR准确诊断3例，CT诊断14例；骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变组11例中(包括骨纤维异常增殖症7例，软骨瘤2例，多发性骨髓瘤和骨嗜酸性肉芽肿各1例)，CR准确诊断8例，CT诊断10例。

That PI and the percentage of the cells in s-phase of the borderline/malignant and heteroploid/aneuploid tumors were higher ted to higher mortality and relapse rate as well as the corresponding risk. Because of the changable characters and dissociative phenomenon of the tumor, the measurement of PI and the percentage of cells in s-phase may be disturbed in few of diploid tumor and in part of double DNA stem ones. Therefore other paramet- ers should be added to analyse before making any conclu- sion.

This study that observed the expression and distribution of 4 apoptotic factors, relation apoptotic factor with apoptosis, changes of T and B subgroup, and changes of molecular pathology in 14 cows suffering from enzootic bovine leucosis from several resides was detected by histochemistry, TUNEL technology, immune-fluorescent flow cytometry and so on. The aim of this experiment supplies theoretic basis for preventive and therapy of EBL, and consult dates for T lymphoid cell leucosis of human being .

本研究检查并剖检了14例临床与实验室诊断为EBL的病牛，观察分析了肿瘤发生的情况和特征，采用免疫组织化学ABC法、原位末端标记TUNEL技术和免疫荧光流式细胞检测法等技术，从EBL肿瘤细胞凋亡特性入手，围绕4种凋亡因子和几种免疫相关因子与EBL肿瘤发生的关系及其在诊治方面的应用进行了首次有价值的探索，其目的在于为防治EBL提供科学的理论依据，同时，也将为人类T细胞白血病Ⅰ。

Results The mean total score of HAMD was significantly different between the bone tumor group(21.53±2.01) and depression group(26.34±6.35)(t=4.466,P.01).The severities of the symptoms including the guiltfeeling,difficulty falling asleep,disorders of initating and maintaining sleep,early wake up,retardation,physical symptoms and loss of body mass were almost same in both groups,but the symptoms of depressive mood,suicidal idea,poor interests to work and entertainment,agitation,mental anxiety,physical anxiety,gastrointestinal symptoms,sexual symptoms and hypochondriasis were much severer in the depression group than in the bone tumor group.

结果：骨肿瘤组与抑郁症组HAMD总平均分分数分别为21.53±2.01和26.34±6.35，差异有显著性（t=4.466，P.01）；两组的罪恶感、入睡困难、睡眠不深、早醒、迟缓、全身症状和体重减轻等症状的严重程度基本相等，而抑郁情绪、自杀观念、工作和兴趣、激怒、精神焦虑、躯体焦虑、胃肠症状、性症状、疑病等症状，抑郁症组明显重于骨肿瘤组，骨肿瘤组患者自制力明显缺乏。

Angiography detected 42 hypervascular tumors in all 23 patients. CO2US detected 46 and CO2CT 37 liver tumors. No complication was noted in all patients.

Results: All four cases were misdiagnosed as gastric ulcer, hepatic abscess, hepatic tumor, or pancreatic tumor, and three of them underwent operation detection for alimentary tract neoplasma, but the final histopathologic examlnations showed pheochromocytomas in all the cases.

结果：4例患者分别被误诊为&胃溃疡&、&肝脓肿&、&肝肿瘤&、&胰腺肿瘤&等，3例以消化道肿瘤行手术探查，而后病检均为嗜铬细胞瘤。

Results 5 cases of ependymocytoma, 3 cases of astrocytoma, 1 medulloblastoma hemangioblastoma in 10 cases of intra-medullary tumor; 36 cases of neurogenic tumor, 11 cases of spinal meningioma in 47 cases of subdural extramedullary tumor; 2 cases of neurogenic tumor strided over scleromeninx;2 cases of extradural metastatic tumor, 1 cestodiasis, 2 cases of epidural hematoma, which were mistaken for hemangioma before surgical operation and 1 vascular malformation in 4 cases of intraspinal nontumorous occupying lesion.

结果：10例髓内肿瘤中，室管膜瘤5例；星形细胞瘤3例；血管母细胞瘤1例；成神经管细胞瘤1例。47例脊髓外硬膜下肿瘤中，神经源性肿瘤36例；脊膜瘤11例。2例跨硬膜内外生长的神经源性肿瘤2例。硬膜外的转移瘤2例。4例椎管内非肿瘤性占位性病变中，椎管内绦虫病1例；硬膜外血肿2例，术前误为血管瘤；血管畸形1例。
