肿瘤病

Methods 39 cases palatine tumor patients were studied including 22 males,17 females,their age ranged from 7 years to 79 years with the mean age 43.8 years.all cases had msct examination.

本组腭部肿瘤39例，男性22例，女性17例，发病年龄7岁～79岁，平均年龄43.8岁，所有病例行msct检查。

Results Of 548 patients with nipple discharge, the FDS diagnosis was galactophoritis in 59 cases, ductal ectasia in 117 cases, ductal ectasia coexistent with galactophoritis in 185 cases, intraductal papilloma in 159 cases, intraductal papillomatosis in 12 cases and breast carcinoma in 16 cases. One hundred and thirty-five cases had surgical therapy in our hospital, among them, 91 cases had tumor resection or segmentectomy under localization by FDS, and 44 cases had segmentectomy after breast duct infusion with methylene blue.

结果 548例乳头溢液病例中，FDS下诊断为乳管炎59例(10.8%)，乳腺导管扩张症117例(21.4%)，乳腺导管扩张合并乳管炎185例(33.4%)，乳管内乳头状瘤159例(29.0%)，乳管内乳头状瘤病12例(2.2%)，乳腺癌16例(2.9%)。135例在我院接受手术治疗，其中91例在FDS定位下行肿瘤切除或区段切除手术，44例按常规经溢液乳管内注射染料美蓝后再行选择性区段切除。

结论］8类主要死因和全死因的PYLL率随时间均下降，其中，传染病与寄生虫病、神经系统疾病的PYLL率下降程度最大，而肿瘤最小。

Methods: This study was approved by the Department of Nephrology, the second hospital of Hebei Medical University. We choose 36 cases of IgA nephropathy(25 males and 11 fema- les).The mean age of them was 35.0±12.6 years.They were defi- nited by renal biopsy from July 2008 to Feb.2009.Patients with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, Lupus Nephritis, HBV-GN associated glomerulonephritis,thyropathy,renal damage induced by polyarthritis destruens,neoplasms associated nephropathy and those on glucocorticoid,immunosuppressive agents,enoxa- parin sodium and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor be- fore renal biopsy were excluded from this study.

河北医科大学第二临床医学院肾内科于2008年07月到2009年02月间经肾活检确诊的IgA肾病患者36例(其中男性25例，女性11例，年龄35.0±12.6岁)，临床上除外高血压肾损害、紫癜性肾炎、乙肝病毒相关性肾炎、狼疮性肾炎、甲状腺病相关性肾损害、类风湿性关节炎肾损害、肿瘤相关性肾病等继发性肾脏病患者，并除外肥胖、妊娠、糖尿病、肝脏疾病、药物等导致的肾损伤及急性间质性肾炎等患者。

CE disclosed 12 lesions in 10 patients,1 including gastric tumor,1 gastric ulcer,1 hemorrhagic gastritis,3 vascular abnormalities,3 small bowel polypi,1 jejunal leiomyoma,1 small bowel lymphoma,1 Crohn disease,other 2 cases as negative findings.
