METHODS: The mononuclear cells were isolated from axillary draining lymph node, and the adherent cells were cultured with rhGMCSF and rhIL4 to induce DC. The nonadherent cells were cultured with IL2 to induce tumor draining lymph node cells.

以多种细胞因子联合诱导腋下淋巴结单个核细胞中的贴壁细胞为DC，非贴壁细胞与IL2共培养后诱导成为肿瘤区域引流淋巴结细胞，用自体乳腺癌细胞冻融抗原刺激DC，并和TDLNC共培养，以诱导肿瘤抗原特异性CTL。

Results Cells cultured in serum-free medium AIMV could proliferate,kill target cellsand express CD11 c well enough to substitute the cells cultured in standard serum-containing medium.Proliferation,cytotoxicity and expression of CD11 c of A-NK were better than nonadherent natural killer cells.Death patterns of tumor target cells were necrosis and apoptosis.

结果 与完全培养基培养细胞相比，AIMV培养细胞增殖能力、杀伤肿瘤细胞的能力、表达CD11 c 的能力与之相当；在同一培养条件下A-NK细胞的增殖能力、杀伤活性及表达CD11 c 的能力明显强于NA-NK细胞；被A-NK细胞杀伤的肿瘤细胞死亡形式是溶解坏死和凋亡。

Cryoablation successfully destroyed all cancers smaller than 1.0 cm, but it was successful for tumors between 1.0 and 1.5 cm only in patients with invasive ductal carcinoma without a significant component of ductal carcinoma in situ. For unselected tumors larger than 1.5 cm, cryoablation was not reliable using this technique. Most cryoablation failures were in patients with noncalcified DCIS.

冷冻治疗成功破坏小于1.0 公分的癌症，但是1.0至1.5公分的肿瘤只有侵入性ductal乳腺癌没有明显的原位ductal 癌成分的病人，冷冻治疗才成功；至于，未加选择的大于1.5 cm的肿瘤，使用该技术是不可靠的，大多数冷冻治疗失败的病人是noncalcified DCIS。

Ki-67 and Pgp expressions were measured by immunohistochemical analyses on multiple nonconsecutive sections from surgery or biopsy specimens of breast cancers.

Results:The rate of tumor shrinkage and necrosis was 46.8% and 20.7%,while the contrast group was 78.9%,49.2% respectively(P＜0.05).There were significant difference(P＜0.05)for 2year survival rate in singlelesion group,nondistant metastasis group and combinedtherapy group.

Methods Malignant tumor tissues were obtained from 11 patients with colon cancer, 15 patients with cervical cancer, 10 patients with breast cancer, 9 patients with esophageal cancer, 12 patients with lung cancer and 16 patients with gastric carcinoma. Nonmalignant tissue was used as negative control. Three tumor cell lines were also studied. Hfgl 2 was examined both at the level of mRNA and protein by immunohistochemistry as well as RT-PCR.
