The object of this study is to evaluate the immunoregulation and anti-tumor activities of Arnebia root polysaccharide in vitro. The ARPS was obtained by hot-water extraction, alcohol precipitation, de-protein, de-color, and dialysis etc. from Arnebia root and was administered on mouse spleen lymphocyte and tumor cell with 24 μgmL^(-1), 121 μgmL^(-1), 364 μgmL^(-1), respectively.

为研究紫草多糖在体外对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的免疫调节活性及对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用，本实验采用水提醇沉法，经脱蛋白、脱色、透析等方法提取紫草多糖，MTT法检测紫草多糖对淋巴细胞增殖及对HepG2、SPC-A-1肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。

Results: There are 10 cases with brain aneurysm, 2 cases with arteriovenous malformation, 4 cases with brain tumors, 2 cases cranial nerve tumour.

结果：18例病人中10例脑动脉瘤，2例动静脉畸形，4例脑肿瘤，2例颅神经肿瘤。

肿瘤坏死因子（Tumor necrosis factor-， TNF-、血栓素A2（ThyomboxaneA2，TXA2），前列环素（ProstaglandinsI2，PGI2）均是炎症反应中重要的炎性介质，其中肿瘤坏死因子-是非常重要的细胞因子之一，它由活化的单核细胞产生，在细胞间黏附分子（Intercellular adhesion molecule-1，ICAM-1）及血管细胞黏附分子(Vascular cell adhesion molecule-1，VCAM-1的表达、血栓素A2及前列环素过量生成方面起着重要的作用，前两者是介导白细胞与内皮细胞黏附，迁移于组织并与受损的靶细胞相结合的主要媒介，是炎症反应中的重要介质，后两者是花生四烯酸的代谢产物，亦是重要的炎性介质，参与构成血液循环障碍。

The major results obtained are: PCR-RFLP method is suitable for molecular identification of Shihu; 205 compounds were isolated from 10 species of Dendrobium, including 21 new compounds, and 28 compounds isolated from genus Dendrobium for the first time. Each of the extracts and compounds were screened for anticoagulant and antitumour activities separately. The results indicated that the ethyl acetate extract from Dendrobium chrysanthun has significant anticoagulant function; the antitumour function of the 4 bibenzyl components from Dendrobium chrysotoxum is stronger than that of phenanthrene, of which the erianin has significant anti-angiogenic effect both in vivo and in vitro; components with moderate or stronger antitumour activities were found in the extracts of D. thyrsiflorum, D. chrysanthun and D. trigonopus; quality standard for 5 species of Dendrobium was drawn up use active or indicative components as control.

重要研究结果有：经方法学研究，认为PCR-RFLP法适于作为石斛属药材分子标记鉴定方法；对10种石斛进行化学成分分离鉴定，共分得205个化合物，其中新化合物21个，首次从石斛属分得的28个；对提取物和各单体化合物分别作抗凝血、抗肿瘤等活性筛选，结果说明束花石斛乙酸乙酯部位有显著的抗凝血作用，鼓槌石斛的4个联苄类成分抗肿瘤作用强于菲类，联苄类毛兰素在体内外有显著抗血管生成活性，球花石斛、束花石斛及翅梗石斛均筛到中等或较强抗癌活性的成分；选择有活性或指标性成分作对照品，对5种石斛草拟了质量标准。
