Objective To determine the expression of CD44 in the liver tissue.Method 26 cases of liver cancer,16 cases of hepatocirrhosis and 5 cases of normal liver tissue were studied by HE stain and immunohistochemistry.

CD44是一种粘附分子，能介导细胞与细胞以及细胞与基质间的粘附，近年来的研究发现它与人体肿瘤的发生、发展及转移有着密切的关系，对肿瘤病人的预后判断具有重要的意义。

The present studies suggest that the main cause werehypoxia of the part cells of solid tumor and heterogeny of tumor tissues for the resistance oftumor cells to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

化学治疗方法作为恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一，但是在临床治疗的实际过程中疗效往往不尽人意，认为其可能与：①肿瘤细胞获得多药耐药性（multidrug resistance，MDR）；②化疗的毒副作用；③肿瘤的异质性等因素有关[13]。

The NK cytotoxicity was inhibited in RD-10 cells with high expression of MHC class Ⅰ molecules, but the γδT cells cytotoxicity was same among the three groups. Then the tumorgenicity of these tumor cells were determined in nude mice heterograft model in vivo.

CD44 is a single strand glucoprotein family encoded by single gene on the memebrane surface with high heterology,which can mediate adhesion between cell and cell as well as cell and extracellular matrix.Its different splicing variants will result in the variety of its gene products.Especially,its splicing varant V6 (CD44v6) is condided to have oncogenicity.CD44v6 takes part in the genesis and development of tumor at some certain and is one of prognostic factors.So it will be the marker indicating tumor development.

CD44是由单一基因所编码的具有高度异质性的单链膜表面糖蛋白家族，介导细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞外基质之间的黏附作用，其拼接变异体的不同构成了其基因产物的多样性；尤其拼接变异体V6(CD44v6)被认为具有致瘤性；CD44v6在一定程度上参与了肿瘤的发生发展，是预后因子之一，并且可能作为肿瘤进展的标志物。

Sensitive range from 49.1% to 100%, specificity range from 18.2% to 90%,accurate range from 45.5% to 88.3%, PPV range from 34.1% to 95.2,NPV range from 22.2% to 100%,the combine sensitive was 82.7%,specificity was 63.3%;there were not obvious publish bias in the 9 articles, and there was heterology of the 9 articles, the forest figure show RR was 2.34[1.43,3.05],and its 95% confidence interval did not include 1,the chance of malignancy nodules'SUV above 2.5 were more than benign nodules.

文献报道的敏感性49.1-100%，特异性18.2-90.0%，准确性45.5-88.3%，阳性预测值34.1-95.2%，阴性预测值22.2-100%，Meta分析合并后的敏感性82.7%，特异性为63.3%，准确性为71.8%，阳性预测值80.8%，阴性预测值57.0%；漏斗图成近似倒三角形，认为文献无明显发表偏移；对文献异质性检验，P小于0.05，认为文献来源存在异质性；选用随机效应模式得到森林图，RR为2.34[1.43，3.05]，其95%的可信区间不包括1，认为肿瘤病人最大SUV 2.5法呈阳性的可能性大于非肿瘤病人，二者之间具有统计学差异；两篇来源于日本的文献显示日本国的18F-FDG PET肺占位显像假阴性率高于我国。

Preparation of ratiometric pH nanosensors and its appication in intracellular pH detection of the anti-tumor drugs treated Hela cells The ratiometric pH nanosensors that contained a pH sensitive indicator fluorescein isothiocyanate and a reference dye tris(2, 2′-bipyidyl) dichlororuthenium hexahydrate had been prepared with O/W microemulsion method.

利用该内参比pH纳米传感器尺寸小可以通过细胞的内吞而无损伤地进入细胞内的优势，进一步结合流式细胞学分析方法，对不同抗肿瘤药物作用的Hela细胞内的pH变化进行了分析，结果表明：不同抗肿瘤药物作用后的Hela细胞内pH的变化情况并不一样，有的作用后引起了细胞酸化，有的作用后引起了细胞碱化，有的作用后基本上不引起变化。

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

Grossly, the tumors ranged from 0.7 to 17 cm, and exhibited a spongy or bubble wrap appearance reflecting the microscopic presence of variably sized cystically dilated tubules lined by a single layer of epithelium. The lining varied with a cuboidal, flat, and hobnail cell appearance, and the neoplastic cells had abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm and enlarged nuclei with prominent nucleoli.

大体上，肿瘤大小为0.7至17cm，海绵样或泡沫样外观，镜下观是大小不等的扩张成囊的管子，这些管子被覆单层上皮，上皮形态立方状、扁平状和鞋钉样，肿瘤细胞胞浆丰富、嗜酸，细胞核大，核仁明显。
