METHODS: Gastric carcinoma cell line MKN45 at logarithmic growth phase was subcutaneously inoculated in 20 athymic mice.

将对数生长期的胃癌细胞株MKN45接种到裸鼠皮下，成瘤后用制备好的分别含GCRG213正、反义克隆和RNAi片段的腺相关病毒分别在肿瘤局部注射，以空病毒和生理盐水对照，继续喂养2 wk后处死，取肿瘤测量重量，并用半定量RT-PCR检测肿瘤组织GCRG213mRNA表达水平。

Results: Of the 26 cases, there were 8 cases with acute osteomyelitis, 12 cases with chronic osteomyelitis and 3 cases with Brodie's abscess and chronic sclerosing osteomyelitis, respectively.

结果：26例中急性骨髓炎8例，慢性骨髓炎12例，骨脓肿和硬化性骨髓炎各3例，术前诊断正确仅20例，3例误诊为恶性骨肿瘤，3例误诊为良性骨肿瘤或肿瘤样病变。

Thunberg Fritillary Bulb is one of the most popular Traditional Chinese herbs. Some trials in vivo and animals indicated that Peimine and Peiminine, extracted from Thunbery Fritillary Bulb, have the function of reversing MDR of two different kinds of mechanisms. They can improve the cytotoxic of ADR to cancer cells by 5～10 folds under concentration of 10% cancer cell growth inhibitory rate. Peimine and Peiminine not only feather typical character of modifier of MDR, but also differ from other moldifiers such as Calcium channel blocker, Cyclosporines in chemical structure, they belong to cevine groups alkaloid, a subgroup of C-Nor-D-homosteroid alkaloid.

结果 2-DE观测肿瘤&暗晕&消失，境界清楚无浸润；肿瘤缩小，占91.3%，30天缩小率为(39.26±6.87)%；肿瘤灭活；坏死，液化；吸收；回声增强。

The boundaries were distinct with no infiltration.The tissue of the tumor decreased in91.3%cases with a decreasing rate of（39.26±6.87）%in30days.Ultrasonic image indicated the inactivation,necrosis,colliquation and absorption in tissue with intensified echo.

结果 2-DE观测肿瘤&暗晕&消失，境界清楚无浸润；肿瘤缩小，占91.3%，30天缩小率（39.26±6.87）%；肿瘤灭活；坏死，液化；吸收；回声增强。

Two cases were isointense or hypointense signal on T1WI and heterogeneous hyperintense signal on T2WI and T2WI STIR. Conclusion Enhanced CT clearly showed calcification and blood supply of the tumor while MRI showed small hemorrhage, cystis foci, necrosis and central stellate scar of the tumor. MRI can provide more useful information in detecting chromophobe cell renal carcinoma.

结论肾脏嫌色细胞癌属少血供肿瘤，CT能清晰显示肿瘤内钙化灶和血供情况，而MRI容易检出肿瘤内小出血灶、囊变坏死灶以及中央星状瘢痕，可对肾脏嫌色细胞癌的诊断提供更多更有价值的信息。

Abdominal incision are suitable for the large tumors in adrenal, right L-shape incision and left abdominalthoracic incision or dorsolumbar flap incision can be also performed.

大部分巨大肾上腺肿瘤拟用经腹切口，必要时右侧肾上腺肿瘤可行右侧腹部L形切口；左侧肾上腺肿瘤可用腹部胸膜外胸腹联合切口，或胸腹联合切口。

The known factors that can influence the recurrence and metastasis of operable breast cancer can be divided into two groups. One group of the factors are the clinical and pathological factors, which include age, pathological type, histological and nuclear degree, size of tumor, lymph node status, hormone receptor status, operation mode, adjuvant chemotherapy, endocrinotherapy, radiotherapy and newcome biotherapy, neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy.
