A retrospective hospital-based study was performed using data retrieved from medical records for the period January 1, 1999 to December 31, 2003 in the National Taiwan University Veterinary Hospital. The aims of this study were to acquire canine cancer prevalence, distribution and frequency of tumor sites and types, and background signalment information of neoplasm cases from the total hospital population.

此研究是利用1999年到2003年於国立台湾大学附设动物医院初就诊之犬只病历做医院族群为主的回溯性调查，主要目的在於获得此教学医院族群中犬只肿瘤之盛行率、肿瘤发生位置及组织型态之分布频率、以及关於肿瘤病例之基本资料分析。

A GFP-labeled Hela cell line and a mouse tumor model based on the cell line were established, and the animal model provides useful experimental materials for cervical cancer study. The in vivo fluorescence imaging system could be used to quantitatively evaluate the living tumor cell growth in vivo but not the size or volume of the tumor detected by slide caliper.

绿色荧光蛋白能够在人宫颈癌细胞Hela中长期稳定表达，用绿色荧光蛋白标记的人宫颈癌细胞Hela建立的裸鼠肿瘤模型可以为人宫颈癌研究提供理想的实验材料，应用小动物活体成像系统能够客观定量评价活的肿瘤细胞在动物体内的生长情况，而不是肿瘤体积的变化。

Results Solanine (37.50、18.75mg/kg) groups reduced the ratio of RNA and DNA in tumor cell of both S180 and H22 mice, Conclusion Solanine can reduce the ratio of RNA and DNA in tumor cell of S180 and H22, which may be one of the mechanisms of solanine's antitumor effect.

结果 龙葵碱(37.50、18.75mg/kg)组对S180和H22小鼠肿瘤细胞RNA和DNA的比值均有明显的降低作用。结论龙葵碱降低S180和H22小鼠肿瘤细胞RNA和DNA的比值可能是其抗肿瘤作用机制之一。

Breast cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer death for Taiwanese women. X-ray mammography is currently the most effective method for an early diagnosis of the breast cancer. The existence of spicules is one of most important visual signs for breast cancer diagnosis. Spiculation is a stellate distortion caused by the intrusion of breast cancer into surrounding tissue. In general, malignant tumors appear with rough and complex boundaries or contours, whereas benign masses present smooth, round, or oval contours.In this paper, we present a technique to detect the contours of spiculated lesions from the regions of interest in a mammographic image.

中文摘要乳癌是是我国妇癌症死亡主因的第四位，乳癌诊断程序中，乳房X光摄影为临床上医生诊断乳癌的利器，在诊断乳房摄影肿瘤的影像时，可用特徵决定为良性或恶性肿瘤，良性肿瘤通常会呈现圆滑的特徵，而恶性肿瘤则呈现星状或不规则不平滑特徵，这种星状或不规则不平滑特徵组织，称为星状物肿瘤，指的是肿瘤周围的乳腺组织，因星状物往外侵犯的关系造成的变形，星状物的存在是恶性肿瘤判断的依据。

结果取颈部低位领状切口切除巨大胸骨后甲状腺肿6例；3例合并上腔静脉综合征患者分别行纵隔肿瘤切除、人工血管置换或自体心包修补术；再次手术完整切除纵隔肿瘤2例；手术治疗因肿瘤反复破溃引起纵隔感染、冻结2例。

The frequency of losing exon 5-8 was the highest . It was consistent with the results of the FHIT gene whole length cDAN by RT-PCR.Conclusions: The above results showed that the changes of FHIT gene is probably related to the development of kinds of tumors, which is an important molecular event. FHIT gene can be considered to be a tumor suppresser gene, our studys provided a theoretic and experimental data for further research on the function of FHIT gene.

结论本研究结果初步证明FH工T基因改变可能与多种肿瘤的发生有关，是肿瘤发生的一个重要的早期分子事件，支持其作为一个抑癌基因在肿瘤发生中发挥作用，为进一步深入研究FH IT基因的功能提供了理论和实验依据。
