The mechanism probably is that Pishang can inhibit the growth, movement and adheresion to extracellular matrix and endothelial cell of liver tumor cells, up-regulate the expression of nm23, down-regulate the expression of CD44, MMP-2, and inhibit the tumor neovascular by supressing the vascular endothelial cell, down-regulating the expression of VEGF, damaging the primitive mesenchymal cells and inhibiting neovascular gemmation.

砒霜具有明显的抗肝癌细胞作用，并有一定的抗侵袭与转移作用，其机制可能与其能抑制肝癌细胞增殖、迁移、阻止肝癌细胞与细胞外基质和内皮细胞粘附、上调肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23表达、下调肿瘤侵袭分子CD44、MMP-2表达以及通过抑制内皮细胞增殖、下调VEGF表达、损伤间充质细胞、阻止新生血管芽生等途径从而抑制肿瘤新生血管形成有关。

Skin incision was made in eyebrow, the hemicycle bone flap was approximately 2.5cm×3.0cm, tumor was dissected in I,II,III spaces and trans-endplate.

对21例位于鞍上，肿瘤上下径为3.0～6.5cm的颅咽管瘤患者(部分囊性变者13例，完全实性者8例)，作眉弓内弧形小切口，在眶上铣开一为2.5cm×3cm的半圆形小骨瓣，术中根据肿瘤位置，从I、II、III间隙和终板入路切除肿瘤。

Results The p53 gene mutation rate of colorectal cancer was 50%. The rate of apoptosis of tumor cells having mutation of p53 gene (22.11%) was much lower than that having no p53 mutation (40.57%, P＜0.05). Heteroploid cells had been found in 10/13 tumor samples with p53 gene mutation and 6/13 samples without p53 mutation (P＜0.05). The rate of apoptosis had no difference between the heteroploid cases and diploid cases.

结果 大肠癌标本p53基因突变率为50%；其中突变组肿瘤细胞凋亡率(22.11%)明显低于未突变组细胞凋亡率(40.57%)，(P＜0.05)；突变组异倍体细胞百分率(占76.9%)明显高于未突变组(占46.2%)，(P＜0.05)；异倍体肿瘤细胞凋亡率为34.0%，二倍体肿瘤细胞凋亡率为40.7%，二者差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。

一、研究目的皂荚的抗肿瘤作用是在中药抗肿瘤筛选研究中发现的，后经抗肿瘤试验和临床研究证实了皂荚总浸膏具有确切的抗癌效果。

Results The mean total score of HAMD was significantly different between the bone tumor group(21.53±2.01) and depression group(26.34±6.35)(t=4.466,P.01).The severities of the symptoms including the guiltfeeling,difficulty falling asleep,disorders of initating and maintaining sleep,early wake up,retardation,physical symptoms and loss of body mass were almost same in both groups,but the symptoms of depressive mood,suicidal idea,poor interests to work and entertainment,agitation,mental anxiety,physical anxiety,gastrointestinal symptoms,sexual symptoms and hypochondriasis were much severer in the depression group than in the bone tumor group.

结果：骨肿瘤组与抑郁症组HAMD总平均分分数分别为21.53±2.01和26.34±6.35，差异有显著性（t=4.466，P.01）；两组的罪恶感、入睡困难、睡眠不深、早醒、迟缓、全身症状和体重减轻等症状的严重程度基本相等，而抑郁情绪、自杀观念、工作和兴趣、激怒、精神焦虑、躯体焦虑、胃肠症状、性症状、疑病等症状，抑郁症组明显重于骨肿瘤组，骨肿瘤组患者自制力明显缺乏。

The tumorigenetic rate in inoculating with 5×105 B16 cells was near 100%CONCLUSIONThe tumorigenetic rate has a positive relation to the number of inoculated B16 cells, and is high in BALB/c mice inoculated the B16 cells into back hypodermis.

在接种细胞数大于5×105个时BALB/c小鼠的肿瘤模型全部建立成功［结论］B16细胞株黑色素瘤细胞接种于BALB/c小鼠的肿瘤模型成功率与接种细胞数成正比，它具有建立肿瘤模型成功率高，观察及测量方便等优点，接种部位以背部皮下为宜。

It was the first time that using 〓 cell line and normal immunity inbreed line BalB/c mice as objects to construct the subcutaneous transplanting ovarian cancer model. Histopathological experiment proved that the transplanting tumor was undifferentiated cancer. The ovarian tumor marker 〓 and the epithelial tumor marker 〓 were positive in the transplanting tumors.
