The presenting symptoms and signs were nasal obstruction, nasal bleeding, nasal discharge, fever, cheek and orbital, swelling, nasal mass and lymphoadenopathy. 最多病徵为鼻塞、鼻出血和有分泌物、发烧、脸颊和眼眶部肿大等，自有症状至有诊断期间为10天至14年，中值为6个月，较多的病灶位置依次为鼻翼、硬软鍔、上頷竇、鼻咽部、咽壁、薛竇、蝶竇等。

Results The cause of spleen damnification was spleen tumefaction,spleen was tightly conglutinated,spleen-stomach ligament was shorter,position of cut was not appropriate,the corner of rib was smaller,operation was not fine,anaes-thesia was ineffective,mentality and experience were not ripe.

结果 脾肿大、脾周粘连、脾胃韧带过短、手术切口过小、患者生理性两侧肋缘夹角较锐、麻醉效果不良、术者求速手术心理、手术操作较粗暴、手术经验不足等是造成脾损伤的主观和客观原因。
