The presenting symptoms and signs were nasal obstruction, nasal bleeding, nasal discharge, fever, cheek and orbital, swelling, nasal mass and lymphoadenopathy. The most common sites of involvement were nasal alae, hard palate and soft palate, maxilllary sinus and nasopharynx.

最多病徵为鼻塞、鼻出血和有分泌物、发烧、脸颊和眼眶部肿大等，自有症状至有诊断期间为10天至14年，中值为6个月，较多的病灶位置依次为鼻翼、硬软鍔、上頷竇、鼻咽部、咽壁、薛竇、蝶竇等。
