Followup was achieved in 263 cases (74.93％),with tie 3、5year and 10 year survival rates being 70.45 %(124/ 176),53.3%(40/75) and 23.8%(5/21) respectively.

Objective: Conventional renal cell carcinoma is unsusceptible to chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone therapy. The effect of immunotherapy is far from satisfaction, it may be attributed to tumor evade immune surveillance which was caused by expressing some immunosuppressive molecules in RCC.
