Objective To detect the expression of survivin in suprarenal epithelioma and elucidate its function in suprarenal epithelioma.

目的 检测抗凋亡基因survivin在肾透明细胞癌中的表达情况及其与肾透明细胞癌生物学特性的关系。

Over expression of survivin is common in suprarenal epithelioma. Survivin may play an important role in SRE and is associated with prognosis.

Survivin的高表达与肾透明细胞癌具有密切相关性，提示survivin对于肾透明细胞癌的预后可能具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT: Objective To detect expression of epidermal growth factor receptor variant Ⅲ in human suprarenal epithelioma to explore its relation with the genesis and development of suprarenal epithelioma.

目的 检测表皮生长因子受体Ⅲ型突变体在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达，探讨其与肾透明细胞癌发生、发展的关系。

Many human suprarenal epithelioma tissues express EGFRvⅢ. EGFRvⅢ may play certain role in the genesis and development of human suprarenal epithelioma.

EGFRvIII在肾透明细胞癌组织中存在高表达，与肾透明细胞癌的发生、发展有一定关系。

He expression rate of TGF-β1 in human suprarenal epithelioma tissues was significantly higher than that in the corresponding tumor- adjacent tissues (32.56% vs. 0%). TGF-β1 was expressed in grade and staage Ⅰ or Ⅱ suprarenal epithelioma tissues.

GF-β1在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达阳性率为32.56%(14/43)，而癌旁组织均无表达；TGF-β1表达阳性的肾透明细胞癌病理分级和临床分期均处于Ⅰ或Ⅱ级。

Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound(1) Renal occupied lesions: the contrast-enhanced imaging feature of renal cell carcinomas are multiformity. It was different in time of start-enhancing and start- expurgation and intensio.3 cases revealed wash-in contemporarily and 6 cases revealed wash- in quickly in time of start-enh ancing.In time of start-expurgating, 3 cases showed wash-out quickly, 3cases revealed wash-out contemporarily,3 cases showed wash-out slowly,6 cases revealed a higher contrast enhancement and 3 cases revealed a even contrast enhancement in enhancing intension; 4 cases with renal cyst s,outline had more clear and inside had no contrast media washing in and enhancing;3cases with renal angiomyolipomas washed in slowly,washed out slowly and equal or low enhanced ; 2cases with renal columnar hypertrophy were no outline appearance and the same enhancement and ech o as the nomal rena tissue.

超声造影诊断结果：(1)肾占位性病变：9例肾透明细胞癌，其超声造影表现多种多样，造影后肾脏恶性病灶造影开始增强的时间、开始廓清的时间及增强强度不等，在开始增强的时间方面，与正常肾皮质同时灌注增强的有3例，表现为快进的有6例，在开始廓清的时间方面，快退3例，同退3例，慢退3例，在增强的强度方面，6例病灶表现为高增强，3例为等增强表现；4例肾囊性病灶，超声造影轮廓较二维超声清晰，但内部始终未见增强；3例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤表现为慢进慢退，回声呈等、低增强表现；2例肾柱肥大超声造影无明显包块轮廓出现，造影增强的动态变化时间、强度与正常肾组织一致。

ConclusionDifferential diagnosis includes adenosis of vagina,metastatic clear cell adenocarcinoma of the endometrium,metastatic clear cell adenocarcinoma of kidney.

应与阴道腺病、转移性子宫内膜透明细胞癌及转移性肾透明细胞癌等鉴别。

Methods A total of 53 SRE specimens and 8 nomal nephridial tissues were obtained. Immunohistochemistry method was used to test protein expression of survivin. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was used to measure survivin mRNA levels.
