Objective To study the analgesia of renal colic.

目的 探讨肾绞痛的止痛方法。

objective:to investigate the effect of baric trajectory with lithotripsy ureteroscopy to treat colic or functionfailure by ureteral calculi in emergency treatment.

急诊行行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管下段结石，可在短时间内缓解肾绞痛，及时解除孤立肾急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭，是简单省时、安全有效、在短时间内解除患者痛苦及挽救肾功能的有效方法。

A total of 76 cases of ureteral calculi with renal colic were treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.

对76例因输尿管结石并发肾绞痛患者，采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术。

输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石引起的肾绞痛，是一种安全、有效的方法。

The 112 cases review analyses outpatient services are applied curing the clinical data of ureter disease patient through the trans-urethral ureteroscope, and among them cure in next section 97 cases in the middle and lower ureteral stone combination the going on nephralgia, blocking nature kidney, the ballistic lithotripsy etc through the trans-urethral ureteroscope, other is for diagnosis 15 cases URS.

回顾性分析112例急诊应用经尿道输尿管镜术治疗输尿管疾病患者的临床资料，其中经尿道输尿管镜术联合气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石合并持续性肾绞痛、梗阻性肾功能不全、感染等97例。

Methods 7 cases of postcaval ureter were retrospectively reviewed regarding to clinical presentation, imaging findings, treatment and prognosis.

方法回顾性分析7例下腔静脉后输尿管患者的症状、影像学柃奄、治疗和随访情况。7例均有右腰胀痛，其中1例有肾绞痛，无肉眼血尿。

Result: Successful lithotripsy was achieved in 72 cases, two cases failed due to movement of calculus to pelvis and another two failed because of ureterostenosis at inferior segment. The successful rate of lithotripsy was 94.7%, The relief rate of renal colic was 97.4%.

结果：2例因结石上移至肾盂，2例因输尿管下段狭窄使输尿管无法到达结石部位手术失败，其余72例均碎石成功，术后当天肾绞痛缓解，碎石成功率为94.7%，术后肾绞痛缓解率为97.4%。

结果 1例因结石上移至肾盂，1例因输尿管下段狭窄使输尿管镜无法到达结石部位手术失败，其余78例均碎石成功，术后当天肾绞痛缓解，碎石手术成功率和术后肾绞痛缓解率均为97.5%。
